I sent in my information and within a day had a design concept from them. They were very gracious and patient with me until we got the coin design just how I wanted it. They turned out great and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
Exceptional customer service and an outstanding product.
When I called to ask questions about ordering coins, I spoke with Rich. Rich was very polite and helpful. Rich and I went over the proofs that were sent out. I asked how they got certain things that were included on the coin and he told me that they like to research organizations to try to give them a little something extra on the coins. I told him that they did a great job with that for our coins. We then discussed some slight changes to the design and I asked about a timeline that I was trying to meet. I did get a late start on ordering these coins, so I was hooping to get the coins before an event that we were putting on. Rich advised me that they could not guarantee a specific date; however, he stated that they would do what they could to try to get the coins to me before the date of my event. So I placed my order and kept trying to be optimistic about receiving the coins on time. I received the coins one day ahead of schedule. Awesome! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Challenge Coins Ltd.

They made the changes quickly (in my case, in a matter of a few hours) and the ordering process was smooth. The coins arrived in a few weeks and they are beautiful.
