I have enjoyed completing my CEU courses. I am satisfied with the 15 hours that I have completed with this company.

First there is no number listed to contact a CCR, so you are forced to communicate via email; after submitting the email you get a generic response to expect reply within 24 hrs. I waited for 72 hrs with no response, sent another and still waiting. You need to have a phone line or chat service available for customers

My experience was very good and I learned so much.

I can't let you know if I am satisfied until I renew my license. I do have one problem and there is not phone number to contact you. My Pennsylvania license expired. I would like to renew. I have the form that would allow me to do so but I can not add my license # to your website so my CEUs can be reported to Pennsylvania.

It said no tests, which is technically true, but if you need a certificate for licence renewal or work, you have to take a test. Won't use again.
