I am frustrated I purchased the $39.00 package for CEU's to renew my Registered Nurse License. I did what I thought was appropriate but was not allowed to renew my license. I contacted the Division of nursing to see what the issue was and found out that some of my required courses that were completed did not register. I have used your services for most of my nursing career and never had this issue. If it's something I'm missing please inform me. I currently have a total 26 CEU hours as of this year. I have copies of most of my passed courses. I may have something not completed that I am not aware of at this time. Please inform me what to do. I have been working on this for 2 weeks and can't seem to complete the task. Thank you. Appreciate our time

I clicked on free CEU. Completed the whole course, took the test...then I could not get my certificate without paying. Shame on you guys~!

We do offer free registration and clearly state that in order to receive certificates of completion (for any other courses), you must purchase a subscription. We offer this so that you can try out our site to see if you like it before buying anything.
