I wrote to you and am waiting for the correct 6 credit Certificate to renew my Oregon RN license.
I ordered "The Assessment and Management of Pain 6.00 Contact Hours for Oregon and was emailed the Michigan 2 Contact hour certificate. I have not had any response from CEUFast and you have no phone number where I can call. Please help resolve this agonizing problem as I need to submit the correct hours.
I took the test April 7th, 2023 and passed it 95% score.

You took the "Pain Assessment and Management" course for Michigan. It states that it is for the Michigan Requirement. The course for Oregon is "The Assessment and Management of Pain" and states that it meets the requirements for Oregon. The support email includes screen shots to help explain this.
