I had to pay extra $20 ( on top of what I paid for).
Reviewing your account, you initially purchased the Nurse Aide Tier for $20 which gives you access to certificates for all associated CNA/HHA type courses, but since you are not a CNA, you needed to upgrade (for $19) to the Nurse Tier to access the courses you need for your profession. The reason we can offer the Nurse Aide tier at a lower cost is because there are far few courses need and requirements for accreditation. $39 total for access to over 240 courses is still one of the best (if not the best) values available.
Very well written courses easy to understand. The test questions were in sequence with the course pages and assisted in absorbing the material and developing knowledge on the subject.
