The course I took was supposed to be FREE. This is how it was advertised on your site. Went through the course and test and then found I was required to subscribe and PAY to receive my certificate. This is false advertising and your website needs to FIX this. NOT ok!

We offer a free account that allows users to view all courses and take any tests in order to see how the site works before making a purchase decision. Free certificates of completion are not currently advertised, provided, or reported. Subscriptions provide unlimited certificates of completion for the length of time purchased, which are available immediately following successful payment.

CEUfast is very easy to navigate, reasonably priced, and provides a variety of educational opportunities.

However, if you do accidentally purchase our one-year subscription, but want to purchase our two-year subscription, you can purchase another year from your account at the same discount price for the second year that is originally offered.
To do so, please follow these steps:

- From the account home page, click the "Purchase Subscription" button located in the "Account Status" box at the top of the page.
- Enter your first name, last name, credit card number and expiration date exactly as it appears on your credit card and click the "I Accept" button.
