While CEUfast tries very hard to be upfront about the services provided for each account type, we have no control over how well the information is reviewed prior to course completion. Our customer's satisfaction is always among our top priorities. However, CEUfast has already taken every possible measure to ensure that it is made clear what services are provided with each account option at the time of registration. At the time of your registration, you opted for the free account, which states that certificates of completion are not included or reported. Additionally, once registration is complete, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided, which again advises which services are provided for a free account versus a subscription account. Included within the account itself is an Account Status box which informs that certificates are not provided without purchase, as do articles listed in our Help section (https://ceufast.com/help) and in our Terms of Service legal disclosure (https://ceufast.com/tos).

CEUFast is a subscription-based service. Free certificates of completion are not currently advertised, provided, or reported. We offer a free account that allows users to view all courses and take any tests in order to see how the site works before making a purchase decision. The only course we currently offer for free as a "Thank You" for trying out the site is our course "Malaria". Subscriptions provide unlimited certificates of completion for the length of time purchased, which are available immediately following payment.

We are sorry to hear you had been having trouble completing coursework after you purchased your subscription. Upon review, we show a duplicate payment made on your account. For your convenience, a refund has been issued for the duplicate purchase made. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be reflected as having been returned to your account, depending on how long your financial institution processes and holds the funds. If a subscription was refunded before the transaction settled, the charge may not show up on your statement at all.

For general reference, to view all of our courses, please visit our "Courses" page at https://www.ceufast.com/courses. To view courses that are applicable to your profession, select your profession from the “Select your profession” drop-down menu, along with the state. You can narrow the course listing down by using the keyword search bar and/or the topic drop-down menu. To view a course, click on the title of a course or click the “View Course” link. You will be taken to a course preview page that provides an overview of the course, what professions the course is applicable for, and any special accreditation information. To start a course, click the “Start Course” button at the top of the course preview page.

To take a test:

- Log in to CEUFast.com and go to the “Courses” page
- Test links are located at the end of each course. Alternatively, you can click the "Complete Course" button located at the top of each course.
- Complete the test and click the "Grade Exam Now" button located at the bottom of the test.

Your test will be graded and results will be displayed on the following page. To pass, you must score 80% or higher.
