Used certshero to prepare to AI102 certification, as my company provided it as a free tool to practice. A lot of wrong answers and a lot of questions are incomplete/you can't place the answer correctly. Lot of mistakes throughout the "dumps". I don't know its cost but it's really really bad

I'm really disappointed with this certificate exam course and website. They copied many questions from free online exams, but there are tons of spelling mistakes and even wrong answers. It felt like they didn't care about getting things right. Even worse, they refused to give me a refund. They advertise a money-back guarantee, but it's not true! I asked for my money back only four days after buying the course because it was so bad, but they said no. Then, when I tried to download the course materials, they wouldn't download! After three months (I didn't use the course because it was so poor), I tried to access the exams again, and they blocked me! I lost a lot of money on their AWS bundle exam, and I want to warn everyone: stay away from this fake, scammer website. They don't care about their customers.

Every part of the "experience" with CertsHero was horrible, from purchase, to the material, to the support. I purchased with a 20% discount, which magically turned into 17% discount after I provided my credit card, with no reason as to why. When I started going through the practice test it was riddled with spelling mistakes, typos, incomplete sentences, parts of sentences that didn't belong, and in many cases, it was just plain wrong! There were some scenarios where I went to review questions I got "wrong" and for a "pick-two", it said the correct answer was "C, C"...

You'll probably learn wrong information going through this material and end up failing your exam, when you could have passed it without ever knowing this site.

Bought a web test on this site as I failed the test once and noticed this site had questions that are most like the actual exam when compared with other sites. Started working through the test and there are so many incorrect answers in there its almost unbelievable. The questions are very true to the exam but how is anyone supposed to learn when you tell them the CORRECT answers they selected are wrong! Terrible site - what a waste of money
