We could not use tickets to a show during covid. Certifikid only gave us site credit. Most things we would have used were through memberdeals page and credit does not transfer. I tried several times through customer service to get a refund. Their offerings are terribly limited. The site used to be great when it first started but the things offered have just gone downhill. Finally after 4 years I have used the credit. Very disappointed and will never purchase anything from them again.
