I have sent them email about the promotion they are having where you can just upload your unlock code for them on the youtube and get a discount. It's like advertise for them for free. I did that and have sent the youtube link of how I unlocked my phone and since then I have never heard from them. No more feedback at all.
Very unprofessional. If you buy the wrong code (due to their poor website) they WILL NOT REFUND your money, even if you DON'T USE THE CODE (because you can't it was wrong). $20 down the drain, should have thrown it out a car window.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I have paid for their services and been waiting three days and have gotten nothing. I am not only without a phone but I have given them my credit card info. DO NOT USE!
cellunlocker.net did a terrible job with a software unlock of my Nokia phone. They sent me the wrong software and I spent hours trying to get it to work. When I told them the username and password didn't work they told me I must have entered it wrong. After getting someone on the phone he apologized for giving me the wrong software and offered me a $5 discount when I asked for a free unlock. When the new software arrived I had to jump through the same hoops to get it to work. The company is run by resellers that are only interested in sales not service. I would use someone else, their sevice is terrible.
I originally sent the wrong IMEI number and, even though it was a Saturday, they responded quickly to help me get my phone unlocked. I would highly recommend their service, especially for the price.

I payed 25$ to unlock my Galaxy S3 i9300 (European Model) in Israel.
They provide me password that didn't unlocked the phone.
They asked to make them a video and I did (https://vimeo.com/*******).
They respond with:
"Thank you for providing the video
The video is currently being submitted for review
The process can take 1-3 business days and you will be notified when results return"
Since that message 10 days had passed.
No response and No refund.
I first gave Unlock-Code-Republic.com the mandate to unlock my Sony Xperia ZL with Videotron carrier.
After a couple of days, they came back with an answer that they could not unlock my phone.
So I turn to CELLUNLOCKER.NET. It took them 3 days and they gave me my unlocking code

I gave them the IMEI and took them about 15 days to deliver the pin code, by that time I already figured it out how to unlock the cell by my self. When the first week past I explained them if they can use another IMEI beacuse the previous was causing too much trouble (I had another cell to unlock), and obviously they said because I opened a paypal dispute they couldn't proceed, how wrong is that? Paypal doesn't stop you for what you do if you are negociating with the client. Well to make it short after 2 weeks they did give me a code, the one I don't need any more, truth, the one I paid for, but is like going to a party when it's already over.
Wow it worked! I was replacing a worn out BB for my wife that a friend recycled. I did not know the original provider so had to guess. Long story short if you follow the step by step info it works, my wife is happy using a much better shape BB on the telus network up here in Canada. I had some issues but they were quick to respond to email and everything working within 24hrs.

It's been 16 days and no second email back. Instruction said to wait 5 to 15 days and wait for second email. Had iPhone 5 lock t mobile and still waiting. They can at least work on their communication if something is wrong. My login is say still processing. First time using cell unlock and the last time.
