I was very hesitant about getting my phone unlocked online, as 2 phone companies and my techno savvy son said it would wreck it and was illegal. I called CellUnlocker.Net and they answered all my questions while being polite helpful and totally 'un-pushy'.
The code arrived in less than the time specified, my iPhone 5C works well on the other network and my only concern was the price. - $125 Canadian!
However, I guess one gets what one pays for and it sure saved in the long run!
(As in ending up with a useless brand new iPhone or have to crawl back to the greedy phone company from whome I had severed connection due to their arrogance and huge prices!). So am a happy, tho' slightly poorer Canadian...

After 2 failed attempts to successfully pay for my order with my visa, I found 2 charges of $1.11 from Paypal on my visa account. After numerous emails back & forth with Cellunlocker.net support, nothing was resolved. I found their support staff arrogant, obtuse and entirely unhelpful, constantly directing me to resolve my issue with either Paypal or Visa. The charges are still on my account. Garbage customer service IMO.
I have used the website twice. On the first occasion all went without a problem. The second time was much more complicated and I had to go away travelling before the phone was able to be unlocked. I contacted them again this evening, 10 weeks after failing to unlock my phone and they came back to me straight away. They have provided me with another code, which worked first time so I am a happy customer. Both phones are Blackberries. The first a Torch and the second a Bold 9900. I would recommend you give them a try. Email if you have a problem, they will come back and get you sorted!
I was VERY nervous about putting in my credit card information and requesting an unlock code but found it simple and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My first code didn't work so I sent an email requesting help. A new code was received, it worked and they followed up to make sure everything was good.

The company gave me the code within hours. The code did not work but I have had several issues with my tablet. Fortunately, the company was great with support and finally got it working after I had to buy a defreeze code instead. I was refunded the money for the unlock code since I had so many problems. They were great and have lots of patience with someone who knows little technology like me. I would recommend them.
Be carefull with Cellunlocker.net, they didn't comply with the refund policies.
I bought two codes with them, OrderID:: xx4024 and OrderID:: xx2763 and at the end the codes didn't work.
They start to send me some instructions to make the codes work but with no success.
Sometimes it seems like the person who answered my emails didn't know anything about my orders. They get me tired sending me the same instructions time after time and asking me for some videos with a "REFUND INSTRUCTIONS" as email header.
Once I realized we were going to nowhere I asked them for my money back as its refund policy in their website, I received nothing. I didn't receive an email with the reason to don't refund me.
I'm very disapointed with cellunlocker.net, they have attended a lot of people but my experience started very well but at the end it was completely awful.
These guys are the best, help me every step of the way, even to when I ran into problems, they took their time to get it all sorted. I am greatly plus the price of unlocking was affordable. Keep up the good work

I have unlocked three different phones using cell unlocker, Blackberry Curve, HTC One V and Blackberry Bold. First 2 worked like a charm, the Bold was more difficult but they worked with me on it till it was successful. Codes arrived very quickly and pricing is very reasonable.
