I ordered a case and a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy 5G phone on 10/14/2024, I received the cell phone case but did not receive the screen protector so I went online and sent a message about the short order, with no response so I sent another message by reply of my order form still have not heard from them here on 10/30/2024 and afaid I will not --- I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.

Spent $88 and never got anything.and now the website nor phone number works.scamscamscamscam scam scam

I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector. I immediately requested that my order be canceled and I ordered the correct screen protector. I never got any response or confirmation that my order had been successfully canceled. So the next day I tried again. Again I got no response. A week later I got the wrong screen protector delivered to me. I attempted to contact customer service so that I could find out what I need to do to return the order and get a refund as I was charged for the order. No response. 2 days later I got the correct screen protector delivered. I attempted again to contact customer service to see about doing a return and getting a refund on the incorrect one which they sent me even though I requested that it be canceled. No response. So needless to say I never got any refund for having the wrong screen protector delivered even after I requested it to be canceled. I still have never gotten a response back from customer service.

These are actually emails... I strongly recommend just simply try to contact there customer BEFORE you make a purchase with this company!

Look... to whom ever is incharge,

I tried to be pleasant with the first two emails and phone calls, and you respond with this. Now I've paid you in full for two products that according to my records shipped are where delivered (not the case). So here's what's gonna happen now... refund me for the complete order I DIDN'T receive and send me a return label for the wrong item you shipped and will purchase them from your competitor. Don't advertise what you don't have and never ask a customer to pay more for what they didn't receive!

It is now June 27th and I still have not received my charger and or a refund of payment! I will continue to let as many people know how PunkCase runs there business until this matter is resolved.

Case ordered online, credit card charged immediately, immediately got an email from Norton (the antivirus people) "guaranteeing" the order. Weird... No email from CellPhoneCases confirming the order, the shipment, or a tracking number. After ten days I reviewed the seller on this site and decided that I had made a big mistake ordering here. The reviews were either (somewhat suspiciously) 5-star "wonder reviews" or 1-star "don't buy from these people" reviews. Nothing really in between. I submitted a request to CellPhoneCases to get an update on the order, got no reply.
Then today the case showed up, with a $3 postage due, they had mailed it the day after I ordered, but at letter rate! I am giving two stars because the case did arrive, seems to be OK quality, and fits fine. But these guys really need to work on their logistics and order response.

Sent me a cheap rubber case when I ordered a magnetic with a kickstand...emailed you...no response...you took my money...I ordered a case from someone else...would never recommend you to anyone

I paid by credit card for a Samsung Galaxy case bundle. Had to return it to get proper size. NEVER Rec'd the replacement product.

They describe their products with catchy descriptions, and boast of the quality of the product, when they are really selling low quality cases, and very low quality screen protectors! Their customer service is non existent as is their return policy. They will not respond back to emails of any kind... I highly recommend that you bypass this site and shop somewhere else! I've attached a picture of the screen protector cracks and this is not from a drop, just low quality and extremely thin

Website looks good with what seems to be a great choice of cases but that's where it ends I'm afraid. Weeks after my expected delivery date I contacted them because the item hadn't arrived. At first they responded asking me to wait longer which I did. When it still didn't arrive I contacted them again but got no reply at all. Luckily my loss is only about €20 but I would advise anyone to be very wary about paying for goods here, seems to be a gamble so only spend what you are prepared to loose.

I wish I went with an otterbox from another source instead. My screen protector came cracked and trying to contact this company about a return or replacement has been met with silence. I've tried 2 different attempts through 2 methods over a week and they simply do not respond to your queries. I'll try texting them next with little hope it'll do anything. Wish I never shopped here and went with a better more reputable company.

They are terrible company, never order anything from them.! Will Tell everyone never order you will be ripped off.

They over promise and under deliver. If you actually want to receive a case, go to any other site. They will let you hang for days and then cancel it without any notice as to why. Non existent customer service.

I ordered a case for my phone exactly. Received on time, looks good, phone doesn't fit. They totally will not respond to requests to return and get a larger one. There is no way to talk to a person, only text and e mail to which they refuse to respond. Buy your phone case somewhere else is my advice from my experience.

The steel hook on the backside have square edges
You constantly feel these edges. My previous one had round edges Just as a cupper wire and they made it round. A ring of e.g. cupper wire. Just to express my self correctly and you can visioning my remark. The same cover is not on your website anymore! Pitty can't place foto here.

Ordered a screen protector for my phone and received for a different phone. No one will email back if you get the wrong part. Not a reliable company.

Ordered wrong product, immediately tried to cancel, NO RESPONSE, shipped it anyway and then replied over 24 hours later. Then some 3rd party company wants you to sign up to file for a refund. TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY. Filing a complaint with BBB.

I just ordered a phone case and it turned out to be the wrong size. I'm not sure who made the error but to send ot back is costly and convoluted. Should have read the details. You have to pay return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. They don't want returns. The procedure isn't clear. Wouldn't answer my message and got very snarkey when I finally emailed. I will never do business with them again. And I don't recommend them to others.
