Cellcom is also called cell-kloom by those who have had experience with them. I used Cell-kloom years ago and they scammed me on a monthly basis, after the government regulations kicked in (thank God) I figured they'd have to clean up their act. They had a good deal on Fiber internet so I signed up. It seems that nothing has changed, their customer service is basically non-existent. I'm done, I'm switching to TCS Telecom.
