Paid for overnight shipping did not receive until after 7 days. I even called to confirm and was told it was sent overnight. The shipping label wasn't even created for 4 days. Took $40 dollars for shipping. Never again
Price for phone was too good to be true. Upon charging I noticed it started to heat up. Didn't realize I had to pay a restocking fee. I thought it was ridiculous. I think this company is a rip-off and will never use again.
I was pleased to see my bank ask me to verify the purchase before allowing the transaction to be completed. The entire transaction was correct, timely, and well communicated.

Disappointed that the Samsung A50 I bought for a family member came unboxed and registered in UAE, suggesting this is product surplus to a foreign market. I am happy with my A50 which I bought from a Samsung Dealer so I know what to expect in boxing and accessories.

In general, I am not agree with the purchase for a lot of issues. First, I bought it and I paid a 2 days deliver, it arrived within 10 days about, when I received the purchase the box was opened and with a lot of breaks on it (the box). The phone that I bought was a present and I asked him for his apologies me for the details.
Second, I asked for the delivery to an other address and I received it at home.
On September 12th I sent a message through your web site, talking about all this, and you never answer me.

Experience was good but going to send an email about exchanging the BlackBerry Q5 for the BlackBerry KeyOne LTE because the Q5 isn't compatible with Verizon. But the KeyOne LTE is compatible with Verizon.
Excellent service would definitely make another purchase. Not only did I manage to save money but I also got a good quality product at the end of the day.
Ordering is simple. Plus coupon code for $20 off. Sent me the wrong Kyocera cell phone. Sent an AT&T vs Verizon model. They were quick to send me the correct model and I sent them the AT&T one back, but at my expense. The gentleman told me they'd credit me $10 towards the postage, which was very fair. Weeks later I have not received that credit. First I was told it would be a credit to my credit card, then they told me it would be a check and included with the new phone. The customer service rep's words "we take care you, you'll get $10, just like cash for shipping". I have to follow-up with them. I also asked if they could include an operations manual for the new phone. AT&T phone didn't have one. I was reassured it would be included. It wasn't. I'll access the manual online. The unlocked Verizon model Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 cell phone I received was brand new and works great. Verizon box. No issues. I'm happy with it and price was A LOT cheaper than buying direct through Verizon. Shipping time was very good via USPS Priority Mail.
We had a TMobile rocket for 6 years, got this unit from you, ordered item 691 got a 591. The unit wouldn't connect to the internet, worked with TMobile Rep, they said something was wrong with unit. Returned it to you, got replacement unit was also a 591. It didn't work either, also worked with TMobile Rep for 3 hours. Returned the replacement unit and this time asked for a credit back to card no replacement.
Good experience. Hope phone works as well.
Excellent price, but despit putting in a separate shipping and billing address, and paying $30 for 2-day shipping, I kept asking why the product was taking so long to get to me. It turned out they had shipped to my BILLING address, so it took 14 days, and the only response I got was some policy answer for why they didn't ship to my SHIPPING address. How does the site not TELL you when purchasing if there is a problem with your shipping address so you dont PAY for 2-day and get 14-day shipping.
The product appears to be new, and it works perfectly, but I'm shocked at how quick the battery discharges. I will need to do some testing, but at first blush, it looks like the unit may not make it 24 hours on a 100% charge.
I'm sorry this order was a shambles. Shipping was NOT overnight. Thank you for MY requested shipping reimbursement. Then this phone 'was denied by Verizon for service as its obsolete.' Your company write-up states the contrary. We are extremely disappointed. As a result, the cell is useless. Any suggestions are welcome.
