I bought an htc one cell phone from cell 2 get Online and I encoutered absolutely no problems. They were very prompt, and made sure I had all the information I needed for the product and it's shipping status. Overall it was a pleasurable buying experience.

Nokia e73 I ordered white and I got black cell phone. I had to return the product and get a refund of money. Please check carefully whether a product you want is in stock. Company did issued a return label
And refunded all my money

Needed a phone for a teen travel tour for my daughter, we settled on a Nokia, simple, easy to use, and my daughter ended up keeping the phone after the trip and uses it here. Delivery was on time and the price was right, whats not to like?

I ordered my Galaxy S4 2-months ago. Their first shipment to me was the wrong phone, so I returned it. Their second shipment was the wrong color, so I returned it. Their third shipment was the correct phone but the wrong charger. Not only that but all three shipments came in a phone box for a different phone type. There is definitely something wrong with their packaging department. While the phone now looks good, I am a bit weary that this phone might be refurbished while the web description said it was new. It was very tough getting a hold of customer service each time (voice-mail), but once I got a hold of them, they took care of me quickly without hassle (thank you Melvin). Their shipping method is slower than most, and I will think carefully when ordering from this provider next time.

I got my phone good, I liked it, service was fine, would definitely recommend. The only thing isi that's some time its very hard to contact customer service but they will return your call if you leave a message

I was asking about a cellphone and reached a representative who stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour finding a phone with the features i wanted. I honestly wish more companies had such helpful people working for them! I would very much recommend them

I ordered a regular Nokia phone on may 5 to give to my daughter and received it on may 12. I did have some problems with my card but when I spoke to customer service they resolved it RIGHT away without a problem and sent it out. We were very happy with the phone and the company.

I am very pleased with my purchase and experience with this store cell2get. I was able to find the product I needed and they had an easy to use website. I was given my tracking number and got the phone on time. I wouldnt hesitate to use them agian.

Was looking for Samsung S2 and a friend recommended me to cell2get I saw their price on google shopping i placed my order thru cell 2 get website and received my phone 3 days later i had problem setting up the phone with my service company i contact cell2get and they helped me to setup my phone great store!

So far so good. The order on line went well and I received verification via email the order had been shipped. I have yet to receive the products, however. Will update at that time. At first I was a little cautious buying from a different company that I have not heard of as well as a "rating" number thats midrange. The sales department was very very friendly and helpful. Shipping was fare and right on the mark for delivery (2 days) when i get the product i will update

I give it three to four stars, depending. This is a small company so perhaps I’m expecting too much for the price, which is really what I care about anyway. That’s fair enough, though I do wish we could have found out for sure with an exchange or two. Just wanted to say that. Good selection, good prices, but no big deal from what I can tell. I had a different experience than everybody else it seems.

All Items purchased from this seller has been great. They have always kept their end of the bargain. One thing i will say needs improvement is customer service call lines.
Is hard to get anybody to talk to when you want to make an inquiry.

On Saturday, 03-08-2014 I ordered a 3G/4G Sprint Modem Device on-line for $89.25 with FedEx 2-Day delivery for $29.14 expecting it to be shipped Monday, 03-10-2014 and delivery on Tuesday. No tracking number was provided. Wednesday 03-12-2014 sans device, and still no tracking number, I called FedEx, it was not in their system. I called Melvin at customer service & he said it was processed on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, and would be delivered by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, 4 business days instead of two. On Thursday still sans package at afternoon mail delivery, I called & got George this time & he assured me that the package was out for delivery and I would receive it that day, 03-13-2014 - now 5 business days. George also said he would credit me for the $29.14,2-day shipping charge & he gave me the tracking number. They still maintained that my order was shipped on Tuesday, 03-11-2014 and they sent me a rude follow up email restating the Tuesday shipping date but with a new twist, now they had switched me from FedEx to USPS but still charged my credit card for the $29.14, FedEx 2-day shipping. Worse yet, the tracking number shows that they never shipped my order on Tuesday, as they stated, but on Wednesday evening 6:57 P.M., 03-13-2014 and sent it USPS, not FedEx that I paid for. According to the tracking number it was still at the Kansas City USPS sort facility at 4:38 P.M. when they were telling me that it would be delivered yet that afternoon. I called my local post office at 8:00 A.M. Friday, 03-14-2014 and they had my package. Rather than wait for afternoon mail delivery, I drove 20 miles roundtrip and picked up my package that I had paid extra for 2-day FedEX delivery to my door. I had already scheduled my computer maintenance service for a service call and he had to come back a second time which was costly. I rate these people a minus-2 and will never do business with them again.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 and was sent a completely different model. I was told to send it back and I would have an exchange delivered by Wednesday. I put it back in the mail within minutes of getting off the phone and made sure it got there Monday. Wednesday came and went and there was no phone, even though the website marked my replacement as shipped on that same Monday. I finally called to complain on Friday and was assured that it would be here today, which is Monday. It wasn't. I was also assured that a manager would call me this morning. No one called. Was given a tracking number that says it still hasn't shipped. The kicker? I paid an extra $20 for 3-day FedEx shipping and both times (assuming the second one was even sent) they've sent it through USPS. I paid extra to NOT use USPS because I don't like them. They've given me a lot of issues in the past and I refuse to use them if I can help it. To add to it, I was told it was coming through UPS, who is completely different from USPS. I don't think the guy I spoke to had a clue what he was talking about. They're horrible. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

On the first of february I purchased the new iPhone and received it a few days later. The box was all crumbled up so I was worried as hell when I first got it from UPS. I was actually not going to sign for the package but then decided to check inside, and due to the excellent way everything was put together with all the bubble wrap and whatnot I accepted the shipment finally and am happy to say that I’ve had no problems whatsoever yet!
