Although it's was Friday and the store was packed with customers, we received personal attention, we did not feel hurried and got us detailed explanations of the device. Decided to buy unlock code for my Blackbery q10 after my network operator - Orange - officially refused to unlock my device, unless I pay penalty. A regular reader on CrackBerry website, I went for cell2get as a recommended by many option. I placed my order and within 45minutes had the code which WORKED LIKE A CHARM. The staff is polite, no tricks and gimics, no hidden costs or tricks to load your bill. Im absolutely satisfied and will recommend this service to all my traveling friends who are stuck with stubborn network operators. In my case, It's a complete disaster. 1st they couldn't verify my P. O. box address with the billing address on the credit card. They never sent me any confirmation e-mail. I ordered a phone for ATT but they sent a phone with Verizon logo with missing S pen. Worst is when I call them about it, they refuse pick up. It takes about a month to receive the phone after the order.

First they give me a tracking number that doesn't correspond to the item I ordered. I received the phone and the tracking # still shows the item is coming from China. Complete confusion. Save your time, folks!

Personal experience: I first sent a mail on April 19,2015 for a free availability check up on my Samsung galaxy s5 ( phone. I got a reply in several minutes saying the unlock is available for my IMEI. I then submitted the order ($24.99), got the unlock code in the same day. Purchased a Samsung galaxy Beam 2. This was the lowest price for this phone (less than half what the nearest competitor was asking with shipping). I received shipment quickly with free shipping! When I ask cell2get about additional earpieces for better fitment, they immediately responded and shipped them to me. I will purchase again from them and recommend them to all of my connected friends.

I originally purchased LG G2 from Celltoget.com. The phone had a defect where it kept freezing while navigating the menu. It seems that G2 has lot of freezing issues generally so I don't blame Celltoget for this particular issue. I wanted to return the phone since it was unusable with freezing problems and I didn't want to take a chance at getting another G2. Celtpget allowed me to exchange it for a different model that I wanted instead. (LG G3). I have to say the return process was relatively painless. Celltoget responded to my emails quickly. The new phone was shipped promptly on the same day [verified through UPS tracking] when they received the returned phone. I am very satisfied with the new phone and service I received from Celltoget.com. My wife is also looking to upgrade her phone and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from Celltoget.com again.

I ordered a phone on Monday, and had questions about the shipping charges, so I called them the next day and spoke to a customer service representative. They explained the different shipping options that were available, and then I gave them my order number so that they could track my order. I received the product on Friday just like they said I would. My whole experience was very good. I will order from them again.

Merchandise was received promptly and was exactly what I wanted. Also the price was the lowest of any other merchant my suggustions is Would like to see a summary of my order (item, number of items ordered, price, shipping, etc.) along with the Order Confirmation.

They were great- the web site was easy to understand, and the product was easy to find. Having a 1-800 # always adds comfort that you are dealing with a legitimate merchant. They called me to verify what format of phone service I required and were top-notch! I would recommend them to anyone My Order was shipped the same day i ordered it. Also the ground shipping was Free.

I wish I could give them zero stars or even negative marks. I ordered a White SGH-M919 and they sent me a black AT&T model. When I called them, they asked me to send it back at my own cost. Very reluctantly, I sent it back. And now they refuse to send a replacement saying that they didn't receive my shipment (whereas UPS clearly shows the same)or return my money...
Bogus site luring customer with low prices! Shop there at your own peril.

I ordered phone 3 month ago Cell2Get website. They took money. But I still did not get the phone.
