Can't thank them enough for all the support and business that these guys have done with me personally and my company throughout the years. I have been buying phones from them myself for me and my employees in need, and cell2get has always been a pleasure to deal with.

Cell 2 get posted that they have reached out to me to resolve my prior complaint. I called the company on 11/11 and was told that Mark M. Had left for the day. I called again today, 11/14 and was told that Mark M. Was not in, that they could not reach him and that they cannot take a message for him. Attempted to call again and my call will not go through. I suspect they have blocked my number. They have my phone number and email address if they wish to communicate.

Best company that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had placed an order for a phone and fortunately they initially sent me the wrong phone but after contacting their customers service and filing a return request on the website for a exchange, the process was quick and painless and within the same week I received the phone I wanted :)

Most awesome experiences every time I work with the Cell2get team at this website via their email support! They are professional, very knowledgeable and truly listen to the customer's needs to ensure their satisfaction. Marvin and Wilson really knocked it out of the ballpark on this particular situation, resolving some lingering concerns from issues I encountered at a different service center on my last upgrade. I so appreciate these folks, and Cell2get is very fortunate to have them on their team.

Just happened to come by their website and dont regret it! I was looking for a mobile hotspot to use on verizon network, and somehow google lead me to this store, after doing a bit of research about them through the internet, i noticed that they are legit and their prices are fair to most places. After placing my order and receiving the item i am glad i made business with them and would surely make another purchase down the line.

I placed a order for the LG exalt and as described on the cell2get Website it was supposed to b certified refurbished when it arrived i was stunned to see how they gave me a perfect replica of the LG exalt That Verizon confirmed for me when i gave them the IMEI number and they declined to give me service on this phone cause its FAKE! Do Not Recommend This Website is a bunch of liars

I genuinely recommend cell2get as a phone merchant. They stand by their word and are true to their advertising. Excellent customer service also manages to back up in any case there is an issue with the order, and overall just a great experience buying from them.

The staff are very enthusiastic and patient when i called in for questions. Other stores recommended me to purchase the phone i wanted from cell2get because most stores out there dont carrie phones that were released a year ago, only they helped me complete my satisfaction, let me keep the previous number with my usual simple card after I received the phone from them.

I received the wrong model phone and needed the correct phone for the option to have dual SIM cards. I was sent the wrong phone and they would not exchange it, I had to call the BBB to get a return label. Even after i did i was never refunded. Do not order from them, i was robbed and they laughed in my face when i attempted to get a refund. It was told you are going to pay for this phone anyway you should just keep it. I have attempted to get this issue resolved for over two months before resorting to social media. My account was also locked so i could not retrieve any information. This company is dirty, they did their homework and you will be robbed.

Was dealing with the store manager assistant george. Excellent knowledge, quick help & follow up next day (after contacting them 3 days after I received my phone and that my service provider wouldn't help me get it up and running), if all is working and is correctly done.

Called in, asked a couple of questions to try and navigate me towards something I'm looking for. The rep was extremely helpful and straight to the point. Went ahead and made my purchase online and got my Kyocera duraforce ultra withing 2 days! Spectacular!

I find it hard to understand how people managed to get their wrong side. I have done business with them for years never once had an issue! My recent purchase was a month ago, went on their website, logged into my account and found myself a new phone I was interested in for my work. Paid an extra 10$ for the shipping and it arrived within 4 days after my order was placed.
Phone came new, in opened and even tho that phone came out back in 2017 and the box isn't original anymore as expected. I am still very satisfied with I what I paid for! Thank you cell2get.

Ordered a new Pixel 5, called to confirm this was NEW. It came in a plastic bag in a blank box, no accessories or protective film, the wrong color and AT&T unlocked when I'm 99.9% sure (I'm careful about this) that I did not order w/ a carrier, just unlocked. Called, told it was "overstock, but new" though I think it was refurbished. My timeframe didn't allow for a replacement (leaving town) so I was told bc it wasn't what I ordered (we agreed at least on the color), there'd be no restocking fee. Wrong. They tried to charge it (over $60) so I disputed this with my CC company, who voided the whole transaction. On investigation, there are a lot of complaints w/ the BBB.

So: they're not selling Original Boxed, unused NEW as new, their software and/or fulfillment doesn't match what I ordered, their customer service is poor (and rude), and you have to pay your own postage for returns, even when it's their fault. Definitely would not recommend.

I bought Xperia xz1 Compact and sent me a copy and version of Xperia Docomo with unnecessary apps and also different colors and also user without headset and without original box These are a bunch of scammers, make sure you stay away from them and don't approach them, and I doubt the veracity of those who deal with them and their support. And now I have reached out to the bank and I have to come back. These are scumbags and scammers.

I've bought three phones from them for good prices. The last S20 FE worked for 8 months then phone service stopped, Data worked fine. It was sold as an AT&T phone but Samsung said it is a T-Mobile. They would not exchange it. I had to buy another phone. Walmart beat their prices on a new S21 FE by over $100.

Got an extremely rare phone all brand new and complete with all that was advertised! I am now a loyal customer!

1. I paid for 3-day shipping, and got a notice from USPS that my item shipped the day after I placed the order. A week later, it still said pending, so I called Customer Service and the person was very surly - cranky - with me, like I interrupted his day. He then said it would ship the next day. I did finally get my order, but this was very unsettling regarding paying extra for 3-day shipping.

2. When my product arrived, it was a completely different product than I ordered - even a different brand. It was also unboxed, so not sure if it was new or used. I called to see how to return the item and the Customer Service person (same guy as last time) was very curt and argumentative and tried to convince me that I received the correct item. When I calmly tried to explain that the product was a different brand altogether, he said, 'Whatever, I don't want to argue with you, what do you want to do?". I then asked to return and he pointed me to the webpage (which is all I wanted in the first place).

I did get an RMA number, but with no shipping label, no instructions, no indication what shipping service to use. I am still trying to communicate with Customer Service to complete my return. He has now threatened to not send me the shipping label unless I delete my 'untrue' review.

Doesn't even merit a 1-star rating.
Took order, paid additional $29 for 2nd day delivery, charged credit card. No phone after several days so called for tracking number, was told CC was declined. Called CC to see why, and CC confirmed that it was approved, but that C2G had just reversed charge a few minutes earlier (while I was being told it had been declined). Next call to C2G sent me to "Customer Service" recording.

I seriously doubt they have much of ANY product in-hand, but will "sell" you all you want, but you're not going to get it, even as you stare at your "receipt/invoice" on your screen all you want.
