The phone I ordered was an unlocked Galaxy S5. When I turned it on the screen read Network unlock pin. I emailed them and only a minute or two later I was sent an unlock code that unlocked the phone. There support team may very well be the best in the business.

I ordered the Jitterbug J Cell Phone (Red) from Celltoget for my Mom. She absolutely does not know how to use anything... cell phone, cd player, computer. This phone is perfect for her. All she has to do is open it, arrow up or down to the person she wants to call, and push call. She loves it. The phone came in perfect condition at a much, much lower price than if purchased from a retail store in person. It is easily set up with easy to read instructions and easily accessible "real people help" if you need to call.
Anyone technologically challenged who wants a cell phone just for calling, or wants one for a loved one in the same situation should seriously consider Jitterbug. Consumer Cellular has a great deal, but their service is spotty, and there were numerous dead spots when using their phone. Jitterbug has no problems. I was a skeptic, but this phone has proven me wrong.
They dont state that they sell refurbished phones without original box or charger or warranty book or instructions or nothing... just the phone in a box... awful dont waste your time or $

We had a bad experience. Phone did not work. Returned at our expense. Not credited for phone or shipping as he promised. This is a legitimate review, I would check other sites for negative reviews. He should be investigated!
Got my Samsung s6 for sprint unlocked and i am loving it. They set it all up for me and helped me alot out i went to the store literally 10 times for help and they helped me with always a smile on their face. Thanks
We ordered a phone for a specific plan from here. When it arrived, it was the wrong phone! We were leaving for a trip so we had hoped to have the new phone by then. I called them and was told the phone we wanted wouldn't be in until a week later. Obviously they sent us this phone to make the sale, as it said right on the invoice what phone it was. Then hoping we would wait for the other to come in. The guy I talked to was very nice about it, but not nice enough to make up for the hassle of doing business with them.
Never had one single problem. Maybe some of the people reviewing on here should learn how to appreciate quality customer service /support, rather than being ungrateful because of a problem they caused themselves.
Shopping for a phone for my father I had stumbled on this site. I had purchased a unlocked Nokia phone the one with the big lens on it for shooting HD. FREE SHIPPING was an extra plus IMO Good Stuff.
Although the actual results to my call to tech support for my new smart phone remain to be seen, the tech, george, was patient, helpful and I believe her comments logical. My new Nexus 5 seems to be losing its ability to hold a charge. George gave me actions to take that make perfect sense.
I love Cell2get, I never have any problems dealing with them. They have an enormous inventory, good prices, and an easy to use desktop / mobile site. They have been around for years now and I prefer them over Amazon or Bestbuy, and have for quite some time now. There system easy to use and it works. All in all, a great and reliable place.
I was strait up surprised when I first stumbled upon CelltoGet.com website. Before that, I had used a couple of alternative websites that also offered cheap prices and free shipping (and international shipping) but I decided I wanted to try out something new. It was a worthy decision. Turns out, not only is the customer service top, but shipping time was really fast as well! I am totally happy about shopping on celltoget and I will probably do so again in the future.
I have come here several times to get my blackberry trackball fixed... they always do a great and fast job, and it's not too expensive. My only problem is that I keep returning as a loyal customer for the same problem and they keep re-charging me full price (they have a 30 day coverage policy but it never happens within that time)... give a girl with a broken phone a break once and a while!
