Very unsatisfied. Shipping took forever to get shipped. Called several times was been lied to about shipment. The good price wasn't worth the wait and unprofessional service
But shipping could be faster it took much longer then expected but the phone finally arrive and it was worth the wait. The galaxy beam phone works great amazing projector phone.

Shipping was late by two days I spoke to customer service and they refunded my shipping cost overall I am ok even that I needed the phone sooner at least they refunded the shipping cost

Owner is extremely helpful! Unusual kindness for NY,. The inforrmation provide was not exactly what I heard in another store, regarding time for shipping new iphone if ordered with them. At the end, I still recommend as we can double check such info phone arrived in 2 days and works great
Website is very easy to navigate and choose and buy a phone I purchase a phone from them and shipping was slow but they refunded shipping charge so at least I got free shipping
I bought a phone from these guys a while back and at the time I was really happy. Almost a year later I started to have a battery issue. So I called customer service and they were friendly and helpful. Trust me thats important if youve had to deal with bad customer service more than once. Anyway, they got me a new battery pretty quickly and I liked how I was treated.
If my order comes with 10-14 days and the device is new and unused, i will be really happy
I ordered a kid phone for my niece and paid 30 dollars for 2 day FedEx Shipping. When i checked the status 2 days later it still said pending. So I called to see what was up. He said he needed 1-3 days for order processing but nowhere did it say that when I ordered the phone. Anyways he assured me it would be here Tuesday (I ordered it on a wed should've been there friday) so fine. He sent me a tracking number for USPS (I paid 2 day fedex) but I wanted a refund for the shipping because it was NOT there in 2 days like I paid for. He told me his manager would call me Monday. No call on Monday and the tracking number said it was delivered to whichita kansas... I'm in Arizona! What the heck?! So I call again and he said his manager wasn't in and would be back Thursday. Oh and he canceled my order and refunded my cc. (Haven't seen a refund of the 175 yet) Then proceeded to try and send me another phone and charge my card again. I said absolutely not. Worst experience ever!
