Easy to order,shipping was free, the order arrived in shorter time than given.
So they never emailed me my shipping tracking number, I have called them 3 times. Finally today they email me my tracking number. I ordered my phone on 23 Feb, it will not arrive till 13 March... maybe... they decided to ship my phone from San Dieago to New York, then to Texas... then tried to blame it on the "free shipping". No it's because you used DHL, to USPS... and it somehow took DHL from the 25th to the 11th to get to NY, and then the USPS is only taking 2 days from New York to Texas... weird... in reality, they could of shipped it Fromm california to Texas... Generally the free shipping g of anything doesn't take 3 weeks, from ANY COMPANY... their other shipping rates are overpriced, but I was never offered a $10.00 priority mail option at checkout... very poor shipping and tracking for items that cost few hundred or more dollars!
Our ' first trip to YOUR rodeo ', for us! As it turned out, company's shipping department mistakenly shipped the purchased product by some other process than the ' Overnight ' delivery process for which we paid some $48. After finally collecting the product from the local USPS facility - - more than 3 days AFTER the product's ' expected delivery date - - we notified the company of the delivery problem. The company agreed to ' rebate ' some $17 of the contracted $48 ' Overnight ' shipping cost. There should have been a better resolution, in my opinion. All of the company's representatives were courteous thrughout our dealings with the firm and I WILL LIKELY consider future transactions with the firm, despite the shipping ' confuddle '.

The phone I received was new, but did not come in the original company box. The charger put in the box with the phone was the wrong type, but a correct one was sent out when I alerted them to it.
Overall, I got a great phone at a reasonable price.

The phone I ordered for my daughter was a LG K20 V, and you sent a LG K8 V and according to Verizion the phone has never been purchased from Verizion and there for can't be activated. So i feel like i was taken advantaged of, and you quality control needs to be improved.
