When recieved the product appeared to be refurbished. Scratches on the case and the screen. We called and were told it was overstock not refurb and to send pics. It is very difficult to get the kind of close up clarity needed to show the defects.

Great price, free shipping, but had to call three times to find out when the order was going to be shipped. After the initial order confirmation there was no follow-up response from seller unless I called to get a update on the status. I am assuming the phone was not in stock because I was given three different shipping dates. All in all everything turn out ok but when you are dealing with a situation like this it is frustrating.
This is the best website to come by if you're looking for a new phone I could say that they have the best customer service and they really do care about what their doing!
