We booked 2 services through Celebrate just right. Dwarf Hire and Bar Crawl Girl. Horrible Experience.
The bar crawl girl wasn't a bar crawl girl, she was a stripper who took us absolutely no where. Also CJR keep the whole deposit and don't pass any off that onto the entertainer, so we had to pay more for a service that we didn't order.
The Dwarf hire just didn't turn up, Paid the deposit, got confirmation, had an email on the morning saying only 1 dwarf will be there, NO DWARF TURNED UP!

Honestly can't recommend the company highly enough. We booked the butler with party bus package and it was amazing. The hen loved it! Our butler and driver were fantastic hosts, friendly and ensured we had a great time. Loved that the driver stopped to give us photo opportunities around the city. Bus turned up on time and was very modern. So pleased with the service. A fab time had by all.

My sisters hen do was in Bath last Friday and our Butlers Dan and Danny were absolutely amazing. They arrived early and quickly suggested ideas to surprise the bride. They brought everyone together and put everyone at ease, I couldn't recommend them enough! It helped that they were totally gorgeous and hilariously fun too. Thankyou thankyou thankyou! Definitely booking them again for the next event I plan.

I recently had a booking with Celebrate Just Right, a so-called "entertainment company", for my daughter's birthday party. Our experience with them was absolutely terrible and I urge anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere.

When I booked with Celebrate Just Right, I paid a deposit. I was assured that my deposit was secure, and that the party would go ahead as planned. Unfortunately, just hours before the event, I was informed that the entertainer I had booked had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I contacted Celebrate Just Right to request a refund of my deposit, they refused.

To add insult to injury, the customer service I received was deplorable. When I contacted Celebrate Just Right, I was met with nothing but a wall of silence. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no attempt to explain why my deposit wasn't being refunded, and no offer of a replacement entertainer. In fact, the only response I got was a brush-off email, telling me that I wouldn't be getting my money back.

What's worse, this isn't the first time I've heard reports of Celebrate Just Right's poor customer service and lack of accountability. The company has a history of promising customers refunds for cancelled events, only to renege on their promise when it comes time to pay.

I'm extremely disappointed with Celebrate Just Right and the way I was treated. I should never have had to experience such a terrible situation, especially with the amount of money I had already paid. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Celebrate Just Right to look elsewhere. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customer service make them a terrible choice for any event.

Hilarious seeing my cousin Jane handcuffed to a drag queen, dragged around bars lol fact the drag queen was even better, I've never seen her look so embarrassed but thrilled at the same time!

Worth every penny. The strippers who came to our party were amazing. Thanks for coming out to our private function.

Do not use!
They keep your deposit and try to send you someone completely different!
They don't answer the phone or get back to you via email.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

So much fun and entertainment in such a small package! Everyone had a fantastic night, the games were brilliant ive not this much in ages and my mate said he loved it he had a great time with his new mate lol

Would recommend booking with this company especially this service. Really professional and delivered what was expected. Thanks guys

Rubbish, real let down, promised stripper that never showed, no contact and now chasing deposit back, do not use!

The entertainer turned up late and not sure his reason was plausible but he did put on a good show. The bride seemed to enjoy it so that was the main thing. Thanks jordan x

DO NOT USE... I WISH WE HAD SEEN ALL THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO BOOKING, ALL WE CAME ACROSS WAS 5*
We booked 3 events. First being 2 butlers. 24 hrs before they refused to attend via WhatsApp unless we paid more on top cash on the day.
2nd night was a stripper. We could pick the guy and outfit, however a pot head arrived, stinking of damp, had the skakes and was 20 years older than we expected (at least). Everyone was cringed out and didn't want to be near him, which he could sense so left after about 5 mins. He also wanted extra cash on the night.
3rd night was meant to be a male police officer dwarf.
A female then whats apped us, didnt know anything about the intended bar crawl, had no fancy dress but could meet us for a drink... Um, no your ok thanks. Anyway after going back and forth, they cancelled on us.
They claim we cancelled, however everything was done by email so we clearly have the proof, but still, they refused to give a refund...
Absolutely awful service.
Dont put yourself through the stress!

I booked a dwarf for a best man speech at a wedding, I needed to speak to him a day before to go through the arrangements timings etc. obviously i was going to be busy on the day with the actual wedding. He would not accommodate this and was no help what so ever. After days of trying to come to some sort of arrangement I gave up.

Day before the event I get an email saying the dwarf has covid and cant come... fair enough. I arranged another one last minute, which actually turned out to be the same dwarf through another agency he never had covid. So I payed the deposit to another agency and then a couple of hours later James from Celebrate Just Right, emailed me saying forget that last email he will be there as planned, I said no I've paid another deposit and will be going through the other company. He now does not reply to any emails and the phone number as it has done throughout the entirety of this terrible experience takes you round in circles directing you to the website.

Absolute S h*t Show of a company. Avoid at all costs
