Im a retired veteran out of edmonton and ive been on their pro plan close to a year, and i ended up driving hours for absolutely nothing.
I had some questions and wanted to talk to support in person, face to face. Im not good with computers and i need someone to actually walk me through things. Since im not a new pea, there is no advisor assigned, so youre stuck relying on customer support.
So i did what made sense to me. I got in my truck and drove all the way to their calgary office, which is a three and a half hour drive from where i live. I get there and they tell me the office is basically useless for members. No help. No agents. No support. Nothing. Just an administration office. Everything is online because they're "global." whatever the hell that means.
What really pisses me off is how easily this could've been avoided. Why isnt it clearly written on the website that you CANNOT get help in person. One sentence. Thats all it would have taken. Instead i wasted a full day, gas money, and my time.
Im a veteran. Ive dealt with enough nonsense in my life. This was careless, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. Not impressed at all.
That said, i eventually got in touch with my former advisor from when i first started. She was kind enough to help me transition to the new plan. Credit where its due thank you, mia.
I was looking to upgrade to the Pro plan to get access to better vendors, but I was told I couldn't because my work account isn't six months old yet. Honestly, this doesn't make much sense to me. It feels like I'm stuck on the basic plan for six months before I can move up. If we're putting in the time and effort to join your program, there should be more flexibility for all users. The current rule just seems a bit unfair.
Thank you for pointing this out. I totally understand why the old access plan rule felt unfair. The good news is that this has already been changed for a while now, and you can upgrade your access plan whenever you want. We originally added that rule to help new users settle in and understand the platform, but we realized it wasn’t the best experience.

About the refund process when a user requests a refund from a vendor and there's a dispute, it can take a bit of time. If this could be improved, that would be great. Mine took about an hour to resolve, and some of us have full time jobs to get to we can't always wait that long. Other than that, everything is fine

I was expecting more on the PEA it is a good and worth while program to enroll in, the community is friendly and active. I just feel they can do better and I have shared my views with ease response from the customer service.

Exceeded my expectations. I started using it just to test things out and now I find myself relying on it almost every day. CDOT has been pretty solid for me so far. Signing up didn't take long, and the log in layout is clean enough that you don't feel lost when you first sign up. The onboarding process felt more personal than most sites, since they actually ask about your goals instead of just rushing you through forms, which made it easier to feel like the account was tailored to me.

De interface is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, waardoor het eenvoudig is om mijn producten te plaatsen en te beheren. Het klantondersteuningsteam is altijd responsief en behulpzaam wanneer ik hulp nodig heb. Sinds ik me heb aangesloten, zijn mijn verkopen aanzienlijk gestegen dankzij de grote klantenbasis van het platform, de sterke zichtbaarheid en de effectieve marketing- en zoektools. Als je je bedrijf wilt laten groeien en meer kopers wilt bereiken, is dit platform absoluut de moeite waard en kan ik het ten zeerste aanbevelen.

We don't accept certain types of stores like CBD, adult products, or firearms, but if your store isn't in those categories, it should be live for PEAs in a week or two.
