Made an awesome custom skateboard for me, shipping was a bit long but the product is great! Everything works well and is much better than walmart boards.
We ordered a complete skateboard and it came missing parts. They tried to tell us we ordered everything separate, but I had proof we did not. They said "oh, sorry for the confusion". They did nothing. I am disputing the charges on my credit card. THey SUCK! Don't buy from them!
Purchased wheels and a tool for my nephews birthday. Realized I entered the wrong shipping address, Immediately after purchase I sent their customer service a message to change address. They got back to me after product arrive 5 days later with "sorry can't make changes after product leaves the west house. Would not recommend to anyone,
Sent them a message after they sent me wrong order and partial shipment and they never got back to me... support your local skate shop and avoid this site at all cost
CCS owes me $64.95 for a helmet I returned. I have proof it was received and yet I get nothing but empty words and crickets. If you need gear, clothes etc, GIVE ANOTHER COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. CCS can not be trusted!
I ordered some skate gear and the day it was delivered it was just a bag used for the shipping but nothing was in it.
These guys are $#*! arounds go to skate warehouse tactics or sheeit even zumiez or support your local shop. Dont get $#*!ed like i did, theyll do that $#*! with no lube raw n uncut. How these $#*!s are still in business i dont know. Its cooked. $#*! you $#*!s.
Emailed them about a shipping correction to an order literally 5 minutes after placing it. They email me back a week later saying nothing could be done. Ask for a refund after Product has been returned to sender. After about a month of run around all that I have is money stolen from me. No product, refund, no customer service, nothing! Please take your business to a company that would at least do the bare minimum, because CCS skate sure doesn't.
This shop had the only size 7 skates left in the world it seemed like, and they came in 3 days with the wheels perfectly tightened but not too tight, don't listen to the bad reviews they were awesome!
Tried to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it and they said too late because of coronavirus. Don't place an order unless you're entirely sure it's what you need, because you CANNOT change or cancel it. Maybe shop elsewhere during coronavirus times.
During these though times during the covid 19 ccs came through. I ordered on the 25th and it shipped on the 28th I choose free shipping and had it in 5 days. I live in ny it came from oregon I think that's fast. Everything I ordered came I perfect sizes the right colors. The trucks and deck were exactly the same colors advertised. I didnt have any problems with them at all. I have been ordering since 2001 and will continue to. I would recommend them 100%
I bought a hoodies from CCS for my son for Christmas 2019 and realized this was not what we wanted. We never opened the package to even try it on. For 2 months, I attempted to ship it back for a return and asked their customer service but no one even made an effort to help. I spoke to one customer service representative and he was rude and obnoxious. I asked him to assist me technical support and he kept interrupting me, spoke to me condescendingly like an old lady annoying him for not being technically savvy.
Another month goes by and someone finally responded, authorized the refund, walk me through and sent me a discount code of 10% for my next purchase.
It's now April and I realized the refund was not in full and the discount code was deactivated. They respond to each of my emails in fragments and never fully answer or addressing the issue. My final straw was their most recent email proposing to refund my remaining IF I sign up for an account with them. What? How does a company decide to handle business in such a shady way? Negotiate to return my money?
Luckily, I'm an adult and see how they attempt to take advantage of me. They main consumers are teenagers; is this what they do to teens who have hardly any money to spend and what they have and choose to spend ends up to be at a place who'd take advantage of them?
Consumers, there are plenty of other skateboarding stores to purchase from. Don't be a target. They don't care to do the right thing.
Go to BBB, Consumer Report, social Media, etc. The company either hired a bunch of incompetent people who just don't know how to do the right thing or the company don't care to find the right staff to keep them from losing business.
DO NOT ORDER A BOARD FROM CCS UNLESS IT SPECIFIES COLOR. Ordered a charcoal Toy Machine deck, picture was charcoal, no where in item description did they state that there were other color options. What was delivered was a clear wood bottom, not stained whatsoever. Emailed customer service, no response. Called them, customer service said "oh we just send out what we have, toy machine sends us a bunch of color variants and we just send them out randomly" Really? For a $50 board you don't specify color? And MISLEAD PEOPLE on your website by not stating you sell different variants? The board that was delivered was not even close to the aesthetic I was going for. Very frustrating. Been ordering from them since 2010 when I was in middle school but honestly never will again thanks to this experience. If I could rate 0/10 I would.
Ignore the bad reviews, I was able to get my order 2 days after ordering. This business definitley legit
My wife placed an order on Dec. 18 and their website said that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Fast forward to the following Tuesday, Dec. 26, and the order still hasn't even shipped out. I emailed customer service a few days ago, and no reply. I called their customer service phone and was on hold for 10 minutes before it said "The party I'm trying to reach isn't available" and sent me to voicemail. Called back right away and was on the hold another 15 minutes. When someone finally answered I was told that it hadn't shipped out because a pair of sunglasses were out of stock and they reached out to try and see if I wanted to take them off of the order or wait. I asked how they reached out me and the guy realized the email they sent left the "m" off of the. Com at the end so they never actually even sent me a freakin email. Only thing the dude offered was to ship it out right now without the sunglasses or refund me. Talk about a freakin JOKE of a company, never order from this worthless shop, save your time and money.
I recently bought some shorts and accidentally put the wrong address. I'm human you know I make mistakes, but when I called they wanted to charge me $20! From my personal experience in working at warehouse is that you can fix this problem easily. I called again and this time they said it's too hard for them to do it. I'm never buying anything from there again.
I literally buy everything from ccs. They are my go to place for new shoes, hardware, clothes, parts, and pretty much anything else. They've never cheated me of any money. They've never sent me the wrong item or anything of that nature. Everything ive ever bought has came in on time and sometimes even a day earlier. They haven't failed to impress me. One time I did buy something and it was missing some screws for assembly, but I called and the customer service and they were very cooperative. They sent out the screws and it came in in 3 days free of charge. Nothing is fake its all legit stuff.
I am just like any other skater, when I need something to keep me rolling I need it now, this is the website I go to when my local doesn't have what I need. I stand by this site 100% I fully recommend it
Worst shopping ever!
I've order a skateboard on the site and a day after they cancel the entire order because a part was missing. I called them (long and expensive call) and after 45! Min they claim that the order is fixed and ready. A day after the cancel my order again.
I made a new order on site (this time with fast delivery and without the discount they had (time limit) and succeed. Now I'm trying to get a redound on the shipping and missed discount and they are doing EVERYTHING to disparate me...
Will never do business with them ever again!
I've bought shirts and a pair of shoes for my son several times and they always get on time and i get exactly what i buy, no mistakes from them. Perfect service!

Answer: Legit company have been ordering for 19 years. Neve had problems with purchases. And have never had a problem returning anything.
