The jacket I received is nothing like the photos on the website. The patterns are just printed, there is no volume and the fabric is really cheap.

The clothing is terrible quality and not like the picture. I also didn't receive all the products that I purchased, and did not get a refund after many emails claiming that they had refunded. Not worth the money or headache!

I ordered a very pretty coat for my daughter in August and I'm just receiving it today only to see that it's not the same item from the website it's totally different from the picture, so not only did it take forever to come it was a waste of time and money. I'm glad I only ordered one item I was gonna order multiple coats etc

I ordered from CCMOM and received thin, rough, scratchy, low quality garments. Just absolute trash. On the day I received the items, I emailed to initiate a return. The items are unopened, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, I have my receipt, and I initiated the return on the day they arrived. CCMOM's customer service staff have engaged with me via email. I've now exchanged thirteen emails with them, each time requesting a return and refund, and they continue to irritate and infuriate me with paltry offers to refund 10% of my purchase, or a credit to order something else from their website. The cheap quality of their garments dissuaded me from trying anything else from their website, and their awful and demeaning customer service has sealed the deal. I wish I'd never ordered. Zero stars.

They say you should receive your order within 25 days, it has been more than a month and no shipping confirmation has been received. I reached out to the company and this was their reply:
We feel very sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
Your order will be sent out soon while there are thousands of packages that need to be sent by turn, so it will lead to the delay.
Thank you for your understanding.

It's a week later and still no shipping confirmation… I believe this to be a scam.

It took them a month to ship and one item is missing. The quality is bad and cheap. You have to email their customer service to start a return, then I was told it will take me over $50 to ship the order back to CHINA! They refuse to give me return instruction and just send me a 20% of coupon which is ridiculous, because their everyday promotion is better than that coupon! I have been emailing them many times then got no response after the stupid coupon! Worst business ever!

Do not order. Clothing will never arrive. This is a scam site. Ordered a month ago and never received. Sent many emails and always the same "it our busy season" response. Finally cancelled order as it was for Christmas dresses. SCAM ALERT!

I would give this zero stars if I had the option. I placed my order and received confirmation. The money can out of my bank account, but the order status does not update past the "processing" stage. I never receive my order, nor did CCMOM respond to emails nor instant messages to their sites. Never again. I will support local businesses from now on. Lesson learned.

The clothes that I received were very cute. However, three items never arrived. They processed the first part of my order fairly quickly, and then it took about 2.5 weeks for those clothes to come in. The rest of the items just say "processing." I've emailed twice now, and they just keep saying that the order is still processing and to wait a few more days. Meanwhile, I ordered Christmas clothes. If it takes 2-3 weeks for the clothes to ship once that part of the order is processed, there's no way they're going to arrive in time for my daughter to get some decent use before the holidays. What a waste of money.

I bought 8 dresses for my daughter on ccmom, one of the appliqués is a little animal carrying a school bag, so cute and perfect for school day. She is 7 years old and I bought a size 6-7Y which fits perfectly. I saw a lot of ccmom reviews, is the delivery time very slow. It took me about 3 weeks to receive it. When I purchased the second time, it took 5 weeks because the busy season.
