I ordered 2 matching dresses for my 6 and 2 year old granddaughters from ccmom. They sent the size 6 but instead of the 2 I received a size 4. I contacted them and they initially said they would send the correct size then stated they didn't have it. They then sent a series of " credits " toward another item to be used to order something else. In the end after several emails they said that I could pick out something for the 2 year old. I did pick out another outfit with similar pricing but never received it. See photos. I cropped them to keep my personal information out.

CCMOM is a HUGE scam!
Basically before buying understand that:
1) there are no returns. You will have to pay for the return back to China and the cost would be more than the cost of the items you purchased
2) a lot of items are made of polyester - cancer causing chemical plus very uncomfortable for the skin, not breathable fabric. Please spare your child
3) many photos are not real but AI generated. You would not receive the item you see on the website, you will receive a completely different piece of clothes that somewhat is similar to the photos. I am not talking about different quality. It's a different item completely.

It is a scam! People don't waist your money on their products. I got 2 items. One item looks so junky! Not even close to what they post on their website. Supposed to like 3 d picture!The other item was delivered to the wrong state. The customer service has been pulling my leg and does not give me the refund! Horrible!

This company is not good. The clothes quality is not good. And they do not have a return process. I have been sending emails for weeks for a return and they are not responding. Do not order!

Ordered a pair of pants for my granddaughter a child's size 7/8, they are huge! So big that I would not even attempt to take them in. I immediately contacted them to do a return and they have still not sent me information on returning the item. They keep offering me a "discount" plus I can keep the item. Why would I want to keep something that cannot be worn for a "10%", "15%" and now a "50%" coupon on my next order! Why would I even order from them again if I could not return an item? Just don't do it! Rip off!

The dress is beautiful! It's a gift for my granddaughter's 4th birthday! So I can't say how it fits but she is just going into 5T so it should! The material has a little spandex stretch to it!

My granddaughters love these dresses. They are comfortable and her parents and I appreciate that they are long enough to actually be dresses! My only complaint is that they do shrink up when washed so you may want to size up!

Picture out brown eyed little four year old blonde in this beautiful pink dress! She looks adorable in it. As a plus she really likes it too. She says it's comfy which is the ultimate compliment in her book. I love the dress. It's great for church and even school. I am most definitely leased with this little pink dress.

I like these dresses, they are true to size. Soft and comfortable for my toddler to wear. However, I thought this one would be a stitched design like their other ones of this brand. This one is a print design, for awareness. Still very cute!

These are so cute in person! Everything I hoped for and as advertised. My granddaughter will be thrilled! There are a couple spots that are not perfect, but they are for fun, not perfection. Very pleased with these little overalls!

My granddaughter saw this put away in one her clothes drawers she immediately pulled the garment out and ran to me and asked with delight in her tender voice, "Is this mine?!" I answered it certainly is! She then changed her clothes and put this on at once; I had to cuff the legs a bit but I think that adds to the style. It looks perfect on her, ideal for school. She is 6 in May on the taller side. I ordered the 7/8 which is my go-to size for my lil one. The hardware is superb, the denim is durable, and the paintings/detail is darling.

I canceled my order because it was going to take 2 months to arrive. I received confirmation of the cancellation and a notice I would be receiving a full refund. They never gave me the refund and proceeded to ship me the wrong size item. So all and useless.

The clothes are not at all like what is pictured on the website. One item didn't arrive after three months of waiting and when I inquired about it they blocked my email. I will now be filing a credit card dispute.

Iet this be a warning to anybody who is thinking of ordering from these scam artists. I placed an order which took over a month to get. Items arrived with inferior craftsmanship. One of the sweaters literally has a tag sewn on the outside in the middle of it and they still shipped it to me as part of my order. They've done nothing to help me resolve and I want to return the full order for a refund but it's been absolute crickets. Do yourself a favor and order from anyone else.

I ordered items for my grands for Christmas. Shipping says label created but never shipped so it won't arrive in time for gifts. My tracking says it's in Ga. But has been in Ga for the last 3 weeks.
