At first, the IPTV service is working, but most of the German Free TV HD Channels are below SD quality (320*200) and stuttering. I am using A 600/100 Mbit/s connection. So I've opened a Ticket and asked for money back - no response since 5 Days. As next, I have tried to stop the subscription - there is no such feature -SUBSCRIPTION TRAP! - Luckily I have paid with a virtual CC, this has been canceled now in order to prevent future charges.
I purchased this and after many hours of frustration have given up. I asked for a refund as it doesnt work and they refuse saying that inability to set up the service is not a reason for a refund. I have asked for help, raised trouble tickets and all they do is direct you to you tube. USELESS dont waste money they are a scam outfit

My speed is very fast so its the CCCmBox server that has issues. It never works properly. Save your money as you'll never be able to watch it!
You get a trial perfect quality. You buy subscription them pow nothing freezing and not working at all. Also on the off chance you actually get through to them they will cancel your ticket an answer a question you never asked. They bombard your email with last few left buy now for over 6months. I'm in uk and no way getting refunded. DONT GIVE THEM MONEY. There not scammers just a very poor crap pointless service

I love everything about the company. They are very fair when it comes to what you want and also choosing the service you want. It offers all the channels I need and some more extra. It's a full service I love to deal with. It is definitely a great service and I will always recommend this company to a friend or a family member.
Good ratings are 99% fake. They have no support. Just try to contact them ( before book), you will get no answer.
Many freezing in the cccam. I booked but i am not happy. The ip ty work just 90 %. Some channels not work, some are just wrong.

Doesn´t work and you lose your money because there is no customer service, they don't reply. SCAM! AVOID!
I've also a bad experience with this site. First month good service, but after 30 days no more service. No reaction on support tickets whatsoever, after 2 days the tickets are automatically closed by the ticket system.

After sending screenshot from the (unanswered) support tickets they agreed to refund me.
So you know what to do.
