After two weeks reporting the issue and requesting the refund I have always received the same answers: "We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience please be patience it will be resolved soon in following days", "We are working on it. We will update you through mails".
If the invoice was issued by other company like BMT Micro, contact them to get the refund, it is the only way to get the money back...
I hope I can help someone not to make the same mistake.

(Don't do the same my mistake)

I subscribed with cccambox for one year. I hated iptv because of them. I thought all providers are same and the bad service will be same as well.

My problems are:
1. Channels always buffering. I've never opened the app and close it without being angry.
2. Every time there are channels doesn't work and other works.
3. The pichture of UHD channels always not work smooth, always cutting (I hope you understand what I mean)
4. There are just handful of series.
5. Movies list are old mostly.
6. The service stopped for couples of weeks, because a problem with the source as thay said, and they didn't compensated us for that.

**The only positive thing with them is that thay reply quickly for my enquiries. But always their reply make me angry, and they has never solved my issues. (I attached the last email with them)

I use Fire TV 4K.

Today, I decided to try iptv again because I heard a positive words about iptv, and eventually I have confirmed that I was deceived with cccambox service. They has a good web design made me feel that they are perfect, but they are not!

I subscribed now with "iptvpoint" for one month and after that I will write a review about them.

Be very careful. I've also experienced the same blatant misinformation provided by this company. The refund policy is a disgrace, basically refusing to refund for anything you may have an issue with - mine was buffering (not my end, because I ended up using another provider with no problems).

I raised 2 cases to report this, only to be told the technical teams have reported no issues, with nothing from the technical teams to back this up. I still suffered from a service that at times was unusable.

Looks like I now have a battle on my hands to get my money back. Thankfully my bank will step in. I'm sure you don't need all this hassle, so steer clear.

This is the worst service I´ve ever seen. Since the very beginning when I paid for the service it wasn´t working properly. Tickets I opened were answered polite, but the problem was never solved. The service got even worse since a few months. So bad that it was not possible to watch anything anymore. Tickets were closed without answer and solution. Except once when the answer was kind of: forget cccam, change to IPTV.
BUT: They still sell cccam! This is FRAUD!
In the meantime SKY is not working anymore. They do not inform potential new users of that, nothing. What a cheating!
Short: cccambox is a catastrophe! Keep away!

I have bought 12 months package thinking there is 30 days money back guarantee. But None of channels work. They claim 30 days money back guarantee but now they deny reply to my cancel request & refund. Basically I have paid for services that I can't use. And the customer care has been horrible giving me 24-72 hours at every request, waiting only in wain without solve the issues... Verry bad, bad, bad support... stay away from them!

Any requests, sending emails or tickets that you will open, it just closes automatically from them, for no reason and any solution. Very disappointing provider from all over the world...

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. NO COMPREN AQUÍ. Ofrecen un servicio con una calidad pobre y con garantía de devolución de dinero sin preguntas. Es totalmente falso, porque para solicitar una devolución tienes que darles una razón realmente buena. No vale que no funcionen los canales o que la calidad de vídeo sea pobre... En su landing promocional no vinculan en ningún sitio con su política de devoluciones, y ya cuando compras es demasiado tarde. Yo he tenido que abrir la reclamación directamente con el banco para recibir el dinero de vuelta. NO COMPREN AQUÍ, servicio lamentable.

Didnt work so opened a support ticket. They closed without answering. I purchased another product on recommendation of a friend. This worked for one day and now won't connect. Just pay for sky or bt this isn't worth being scammed.
Also see photos of responses from customer services when requesting a refund because it didnt work. They're a bunch of frauds.

UPDATE apparently money back is not applicable to me for some reason. Instead you need to pay more for a VPN. FRAUDS
