I purchased CBDs Freeze for my arthritic lower back. It is the only product that relieves my pain so I can function. I also bought the CBD PM sleep product. Sleep like a baby now. Quick delivery and follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I'm assuming they have corrected and past delivery issues.
I'm seeing a recurring trend from other reviews that FedEx keeps losing these items from cbdMD. CbdMD will not refund or send out another item. I'm disputing the charge now with the credit card company. Stay away from these jokers.
Lost my order, paid for rush shipping, took 21 days to resend, then sent it to a Walgreens 25 minute drive to pick up. They didn't even let me know it wasn't coming to my house. THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS AT FAULT. PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I used to work for this company and they are in no way selling a good product. They only want your money and don't care about the quality of the product. Time and time again they would have the marketing department edit test results from their "3rd party testing" lab. They are selling flavored coconut oil and getting big name athletes to sponsor the product even though they themselves do not use it. Please don't waste your money on this product when there are much better companies to buy from. If you think I am a bitter ex-employee then PLEASE read this article that goes way more in depth about what really goes on in this company.

Placed a 1st time order and paid for expedited shipping. Fedex lost it, obviously not the fault of CBDMD, however everthing after that tells you what a pathetic company they are. They refuse to reship or refund until someday when fedex 'might" find the package because... wait for it... 'i might get a double ahipment and not return it'... Thats right... rather than fix the problem they just assume their customer is a dishonest person and let them sit in limbo until someday in the future when fedex finds its lost treasures.
Go elsewhere... many other CBD companies who actually want their customers business...
First time, first order. Product got home safe and on time. No box, just the bottle inside and bubble wrapped envelope. I emailed support to get the COA. Then sent me an email with a COA attached with no batch number. Another email addressing the issue and they sent me a link to place my batch number and get the COA. Once I did, got a wrong product from the one I ordered. After multiple emails back and forth and many days waiting, it seems they placed a wrong batch number on muy product. Now to compensate me, they want me to send back the product they sent me in order to get the proper one. Really? Who has time for that? What about all the time wasted? Where am I going to get packaging for this and what about wasting my time to go to UPS?
What compensation is that?
If you can not match your product with your batch number, what else are you doing in your entire production line?
I will try different manufacturer.

The tried to compensate sending me to bottles to replace the one with wrong batch number. They also requested me to send them back the old one. The new shipment was even worse, the bottle came broken and oil spilled everywhere.
I purchased the 10mg gummies and felt nothing after taking two of them, which is double the 10 mg I take with other brands I have used in the past. I am now awaiting a refund.
I ordered CBD gummies from CBDMB.com after having a great response to this product via a local vendor. To save money, I decided to order from CBDMD. What a waste. It took 2 gummies from previous the vendor to rid my anxieties. I took 4 day and night... nothing happened. After 3 days, I decided to throw them away. Never ordering from them again.
Paid 7.95 for 3 day shipping and it took 5 days. Emailed company and got no response. I will go back to buying CBD pure.
I have been taking cbd oils of similar strength from other brands to minimize skin inflammation and I decided to try CBDMD but results was zero. My skin flared up again. Absolutely useless. As soon as I switched back to another brand the inflammation diminished the next day, it's that big of a difference.
Like the quality of the cbdMD and have been ordering from them for months but they do this deal with UPS, where if you choose free shipping, they'll ship em with the others then UPS will put a stop hold on them and just "let them sit and wait" because you didn't up buy on the shipping". Takes two to three weeks to get your freaking package which truly truly bites when you're spending close to a hundred bucks. BEWARE!
For some reason post oficce return my order to cbdmd when I call the company to ask for my order the lady, in customer service toll me never receive the return bottle, but the person in, post office have proof of the tracking number operation, any way I let know my credit card company charge for something I never receive I am, not going to pay for one order company keep and never investigate were, the problem is, be carefully track your orders since that live the company shipping
I am used to taking a lower dose of CBD from other companies and have had great results. I bought a higher dose for the first time with this company (30 capsules 1000mg) and had absolutely NO effect, it was like taking sugar pills... I opened the capsule to find what looked like coconut oil mixed with cornstarch, and not even a whiff of cannabis. Is it even real? I have contacted the company via email, still waiting responds.
I kept hearing people say they were using CBD pil to find some relief and I was curious to give it a try. I did a search and from my research this company had the best reviews and prices. I found a lot of sites who just wanted my card information for s free trial but didn't say what I was getting. That made me super nervous and I stayed away from those. What really helped me place the order was the money back guarantee. I ended up not needing it because I feel in love but it was nice to have that security blanket. It was really helpful that they had their process and lab results right on the site for me! I'm telling all of my friends and family!
I received my product within 2 days of ordering. Quality of the product was outstanding. Works like a charm and tastes really good too. Im a frequent customer of this company. Gonna be for a while :)
I ordered CBD tincture. For those of you that are not aware of this, this is an oil from the hemp plant. Yes, marijuana, grass, weed. The stuff to get you high is removed and it is legal in all 50 states. I got the product, not sure if it is working for me as normally my pain goes up and down. After using it for 2 weeks, I can only say that it has not eliminated my pain. No problem. Shot them an email (on Saturday) Heard back in a few hours. They have agreed to work with me and I will be switching over to capsules at a higher dose. The quickness that they responded to me has me delighted and them standing solidly behind their promises has me writing this!
