Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for a dress for my baby shower. I placed the order almost a month in advance and paid for expedited delivery as well just to make sure that there are no issues in the end. I also called the customer care in between to ensure that order was still on schedule. I did not want any problems in the end because being 7 month pregnant, I cant run around to buy myself a dress if this one doesn't come through on time. Well, thanks to Cbazaar, that is exactly what I ended up doing. Right before the dress was about to be shipped, I got an email that there will be delay of about 10 days! This was because the fabric failed Quality Check! I DO NOT CARE! Being a customer I crossed all my ts and dotted all my Is just to make sure that my baby shower experience is smooth and beautiful. But CBAZAAR RUINED it for me! Finally, I had to cancel the order and run around SAN DIEGO to find a dress for my 1st baby shower. Stressed to the core. I can't say how exhausting it is to run around and try 10 things in this condition. I WILL NEVER shop from Cbazaar. I suggest that you order 2 months in advance for any special occasion as well. All the best!
I would rate them negative, if there was an option! I didn't want to select even one star, but there is no option for that. I ordered a suit and the product received was nowhere near to the picture shown on their website. Their crappy refund policy gave me so much frustration while dealing with a chain of emails back and forth for three months. I got some money back after three months, and in the process I lost my 61 CAD (stitching and shipping charges), which they refused to pay back. They gave me a store credit of 27 CAD which I can't use because I will end up spending my more money. Please never use this website for any purchasing. There are many other companies with good refund policies, go for them.

I would give them a negative rating if I could. They sent me two pant suits - one I couldn't zip up and I had given them my correct measurements. The second was just pieces of fabric that were never sewn together. I wish I could show pictures. I ordered both pant suits for a wedding and the wedding has come and gone. Here is the email they sent me in regards to my request for a refund:
We would like to inform that all our products get shipped after a double quality check process and regret to see that it has surpassed in your order, Considering the cost and time involved in returning the product, we kindly request you retain the same by altering it locally and we will provide the alteration cost in the form of a store credit which can be used for your future purchase.

This is an unacceptable response. I've been patient and kindly requested a full refund and they tell me I need to get the pant suits altered locally and they will repay me in store credit. How is that a value to me? Not to mention, the wedding had already come and gone and I don't intend to wear the pant suits in the future.
I've also had several other friends who received pant suits they were unable to fit into. Cbazaar's quality is clearly inconsistent and their customer service is not professional. They don't seem to care about their customers.

We ordered 3 items and all 3 had to be cancelled because Cbazar team was not able to deliver any. How is it possible all your orders had last minute quality issues this was an absurd excuse to not to be able to deliver. You have spoiled our festive time a big time. CBAZAAR cannot meet their delivery dates and reason given to me was you guys had two holidays, were these holidays came out of the blue and you guys were not aware of these before commit the delivery dates. I paid $65 for the salwar which isn't made to the measurements stated on the website. Customer service is hard to deal with it. Emailed them yesterday but didn't hear anything back yet. CBazaar is basically the best indian clothes shopping website. You pay for what you get. For someone who goes to weddings all the time, its good to buy cheap outfits that still look great. Sure the finishing work on some of these outfits arent that great (loose threads and beads) but its fine if youre only going to wear the outfit a few times.

This was my first and last order through CHORbazaar. I have a wedding to go to in August, so I placed an order for 5 suits in June. First of all, they take 40 days to ship your product, and that's only if you're lucky enough to even see your final product. NONE of my products have been shipped to me. They emailed me on 2 separate occasions saying 2 of my suits had bad fabric quality, so they had to be sent back to the manufacturer. I called them, and there is no guarantee when (or if) these suits will come back. They cancelled a third suit without even telling me. They keep making up excuses to not send any suits. Weddings have fixed dates, I can't change that! I thought I could trust cbazaar because their ads come on tv and celebrities endorse it, but it's all a scam! STAY AWAY

I am a white Canadian and I have an Indian wedding to go to. I don't know much about sarees, to be honest, I just know that sarees in the ethnic stores here cost about 450$ and the internet sarees from India cost much less.
My Indian girlfriend told me georgette saree is the good type of saree so I got the georgette. I just didn't realize the blue part might be chiffon, which is still fine but something slightly thicker maybe would look a little better on the bottom part but then it is summer here so Chiffon might be just perfect for the weather.
The company though is amazing. They sent about 8-10 e-mails in total informing me about the status of the order and where my saree is as well as they were quicker than my courier to inform me about what's going on with my saree once it reached Vancouver. You guys are very hard workers I would really like to thank you for sending me the saree I ordered exactly as I ordered and on time and for being this on dot with e-mails. Thank you :)
