I've used this company for 1 project at my home which came out nice. They contacted me with another promotion for another project I was thinking of getting done. They came out took measurements and gave me a quote. Ultimately, my husband and I decided to hold off on the project. This company began to call incessantly and every time I would tell them that I have spoken with someone previously and expressed that "we were no longer interested". I would block their numbers and they would call from a different one. Recently someone named Matthew called me with a promotion for the same project we no longer wanted. He began to offer promotion after promotion and apparently mocking me because I could hear, what I can only assume was another employee, snickering in the background. I eventually just hung up and blocked the number. But no more than 20 min later I get another call from a different number, this time it was Randy. Obviously, Randy was in the room when Matthew called me because he stated that his coworker just called me. I asked for the supervisor and to no surprise he stated that he was the supervisor. Then I asked if the calls were recorded and he had no idea if they were or weren't. So I hung up again. I haven't gotten another call, but it is a holiday weekend so maybe they're busy being jerks to people in person.
The calls I received from this company were constant, and rude. I would not recommend using them.
