I don't have a huge face, but the mask comes off my chin.

Buying from Casupo was very easy! I like they have apple pay as an option cause I couldn't find my wallet at the time. I also appreciate the email I received from the CEO or staff member asking me about my experience. It's so thoughtful to do.

It was a nice experience, the mask is very nice, good fabric, the only thing I can said that I was not too happy about is that the mask has those big buttons/balls not sure what to call it. It's a little uncomfortable by your ears, other than that everything ok.

I liked the mask overall, but the ear fasteners were too bulky for me when I had glasses on

I ordered my masks from the Casupo site and they arrived in two to three weeks (I'm in Canada). They're very comfortable masks and are made of great quality! I highly recommend these masks and will be coming back for some more different styles.

Once the product got here the mask was was great. The only prob I have had is the ear strap button broke. It wasn't hit on anything. I just pushed the button and the button broke.

Masks are of exceptional quality and versatility. With my third mask ordered, they will become my "Go To" mask for work and play.

Very professional and I love that you followed up and the thank you was a nice touch. I think this is a great product. Very well made and comfortable. It's just too thick for me to wear 12 hours a day.

I received an immediate response from the company after I ordered. I was emailed frequently about the status of the order.

Out of all the masks I have tried in the last few months, this was the most difficult to breathe through. Will taking it in in breath with quite a bit of The mask sucks right into your mouth. It fits nicely but the fabric is not very breathable.

I was expecting more comfort from a $25 mask. The fit was also a little different between the two different colors I received.
Shipping took longer than expected but customer service did stay on top of seeing if I was satisfied.

Contacted by email right away with customization. Fantastic customer service!
