Great price, not the smoothest online checkout. Kept freezing using mobile device. Product was on back order and website did not reflect this. But, pelican dealer was quick to alert me to this fact.

Apparently, we received a defective cooler. My husband called you to inquire about some items and your customer service rep told him that it was indeed defective.
He ordered a teal one, but the rep said there were no teal replacements and that he would have to send the cooler back before he received a new one. This cooler is not used for recreation. It is the only way he can have cold water while working in TX outside all day. We cannot send it back, as he needs it for work, so now he has to suffer with a defective cooler that we paid $300 for? Not very good customer service...or product quality for that matter...
Very high quality. Keeps ice "alive" in southern AZ.
Product looks nice and built well, but does not keep ice as long as advertised.
So far so good I'm hoping this battery will rejuvenate my pelican
