Product is great. Customer service was great. It took over 3 weeks to receive the cooler. That was the only hiccup. Otherwise the follow up was great.

Great prices on Pelican coolers, I ordered a 20 qt and 70 qt as gifts, which were well liked. PelicanDealer kept me informed of delivery times, as one of the coolers was back ordered. The good price made the wait worthwhile. Very easy to use website, and the PelicanDealer personnel I spoke with were very courteous and helpful.

Good, but the sticker that covered the top of the cooler was terrible to remove. STILL trying to remove the sticky glue that the sticker left behind. Yuk!

Great price shipping was a little slow but worth the wait due to the great price. I am satisfied with the quality build of the product however would note that it does leak if tipped over on its side
