My 12 year old ordered a case for her Ipad and the picture shows it having a slot for the pen on the front. They sent one with no slot for a pen. I emailed them and told them they sent the wrong one and to please send me the correct one and then I will return the wrong one. They said they use the same pictures for different products and the one she wants does not come with the pen slot on the front. FALSE ADVERTISING! After days of going back and forth they want my 12 year old to pay to return the item. I don't think so. It was their mistake for falsely advertising. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a case from them, couldn't hear anything through the case so I was trying to return it. They make you ship it to an address in china that costs $70 which is more than the case cost to begin with! Terrible company!

I recently bought the Titan case for the s23 Ultra. The case is poor fitting, the volume and power buttons have very little reactivity and the fingerprint touch screen is not responive even on the highest sensitivity settings. I asked concerning a refund on this inferior product and they offered me $5 of the $50 I spent to purchase this product. In all fairness, the true value of this case is, at best, $5 but only if you need so thing to hold down a stack of papers. Additionally, the reviews on site are fraudulent: seeing as my confirmed purchase does not allow me to leave a review. AVOID CASEBUS AT ALL COSTS!

I just received the iPhone 16 Promax Cover with magnetic charging on 28 May 2025. I would like to let you know that the case looked very good. But I am disappointed with the magnetic charging. I left the I phone with the case on the iPhone magnetic charger. It does not work. I had to take the phone out of the case and connect it with the iPhone magnetic charger. The reason I bought the Casebus case was mainly for charging the phone without the need to take the phone out of the case. As it is expensive I thought it would work. I am very disappointed, and I wish to return the case. Australia Post

Casebus is the epitome of deception and incompetence. Their website is nothing but a scam designed to lure you in with fake promises. The products are absolute trash, falling apart almost immediately after you receive them.

The nightmare doesn't end there. They ship everything from China, which they conveniently neglect to mention. When my package finally arrived, it was clear that the quality was far below what was advertised.

Returning this junk is a whole other ordeal. They force you to ship it back to China at your own expense, which ends up costing you more than the worthless product itself.

Avoid this company like the plague. Casebus is a complete rip-off and a total waste of your hard-earned money.

I ordered an iPad Air case from Casebus on December 8 2024 with a delivery confirmation of 3 days to Australia (which seemed overly optimistic given I discovered the item is shipped to Australia from China). I also admit I didn't do my due diligence and search product reviews prior to paying via PayPal which is part of my usual checks and balances routine when shopping online. When I searched reviews for the product my heart sank as many reviews mentioned woefully subpar product and slow shipping times and I tried to cancel the purchase both with the vendor and PayPal to no evail. I had to follow up with the vendor twice in the following two weeks requesting tracking information as the confirmation email tracking URLs linked to a totally unrelated Wordpress FAQ page. The package was eventually delivered to my address on December 27th after arriving in Sydney from China on December 12th and sitting in a sorting depot from the 18th - 23rd of December. As predicted the product was of poor design and material quality and was definitely not fit for purpose and in fact fell apart at it was taken out of the packaging. Moral of the story … do your due diligence when shopping online.

The item received was not the quality expected. I requested a full refund and was given options to reselect item. When I insisted on full refund. Was given an address in China and was told the refund will be issued in a month.
Shipping charges to China are $20+ Very courteous but not helpful. Kept the item to give as Christmas present.

What a joke! I thought I finally found the right case I wanted. It came and is NOT what I ordered. The pics and description on their site is NOT the case they sent. They continue to give me the run around in returning as I don't see where I should have to pay to ship it back as this is 100% their wrong-doing! Then if I wanted to exchange it they want me to pay a $15.99 "exchange fee". Like u said what they sent is not was pictured on their site. (First pic is their description, next two pics is what I received)

My initial review was 5 star as it looked good and held many cards plus driver's license. But after only 3 days it started to fall apart and one corner had to be glued. So their product looks good but is really trash.

Pure garbage. Took weeks to arrive. Heavy phone case that said it came with a screen protector but didn't. Poor phone reception when in case. Screws fall out of the case no matter how tight you crank them. The worst customer service ever. Awful quality, and complete garbage.

I ordered my phone case from these Chinese people and they did not deliver my product.
They took my money and never delivered. These people are scam artists.You have been warned.

These are china products made very cheaply! They will not let you return anything, You have to send it back to China, vey expensive! But they are based out of Franklin park illinois. So why do I have to send it back to china. I know why they don't want to give me my money back! So please don't buy from this place. Thank you for reading, God Bless You

I ordered a case for Samsung Flip 4. The case is extremely heavy, does not provide any protection for the hinge, and the kickstand is very cheap, flimsy, and basically useless. Due to the weight of the case and the phone, it will not hold up the phone.

I requested a refund for the product. They try really hard to push an exchange instead of a return and refund. I was adamant about returning for a full refund and was informed I am responsible for S&H, which I was fine with until they gave me an address in China (I live in the US). I checked the address on my package and was mailed from Illinois. I inquired about the change in addresses and was told, I was responsible to return the product back to the designated place. This company is nothing but a scam.

Side note - the Casebus website has a 5 star rating, which is why I was ok with ordering from them. I was sent an email to review the product, I gave a 1 star with my review. I am still waiting for my review to show up on their site.

Definitely avoid. They send false tracking information, pretend to be in the UK, refuse to cancel orders, even when an item has not been dispatched. Just the worst of all worlds, a joke company.

Don't use this vendor. Spam site. They automatically create an account if you even use or go to their site. I started to order a product (phone case) and then thought, wait, let me review this vendor first. Then I saw all of these reviews and removed the item from the cart and left the website. They then sent me an email with my "account setup" along with my email and a password. Don't use this site. It's a chinese site stealing your information.
