I bought 2 phone cases for mine and my wife's phones. Hers came broken and mine had a port to small to accept the I phone charger cord. I contacted the company and they are telling me to select another product instead of returning my money. They also stopped replying when I demanded a refund and they told me I was responsible for the shipping to return them and haven't given me an address to send them to. I'll be contacting the BBB tonight if I haven't received a reply by then. Total scam of a business. Stay away

I've read a lot that they are a scam but my case came just fine and I've enjoyed it for the past few weeks. They were even accommodating switching case sized when I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Be careful but it worked out for me!

Ordered a genuine leather iPad cover. What I received was a cheap looking cover with a very poor workmanship, Warped lining and a pulled apart seam. It took more than a month to process the return and get a refund. In addition, I had to pay the return shipping.

This case was charged at a premium price for a cheaply made product! The iPhone I have was put straight in the case after unboxing it and now the back has smashed completely as it was given no protection at all! I would not recommend this product at all to protect your phone, buy a decent case!

No confirmation email so don't even know if I will receive it even though they have taken my money, tried emailing but emails are not being delivered, feel.like I've been robbed

One of the worst experiences you could have. Avoid them at all costs. So here is what went wrong:

1- 6th of July: I placed my order, but I did not receive any confirmation email. I was not sure if my order was placed or not, so I contacted their support and the next day I received a confirmation that my order was received and is being prepared.

2- 10th of July: since I did not have any updates from them regarding my order, I contacted them again. This time I was told the case that I wanted was out of stock and would come in stock again in 3 days! I had to chase them for this info, rather than they letting me know!

3- 11th of July: I sent them an email to let them know my case is urgent and I need the case ASAP as I currently don't have a phone and I'm a bit reluctant to use my new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra without a case!

4- The support assured me that they will send the case ASAP, and gave me 10% refund (£4).

5- 15th of July: I received a message from Royal Mail that they will ship my case on Monday 17th, almost two weeks after I placed the order, and despite me telling them I was in an urgent situation.

6- Finally the case arrives, and such a disappointment it is, since the the fingerprint scanner does not work through the case and the buttons do not work, you have to press really firmly.

7- So yeah, I spent ~£40 for something I can't use and can't return, and they wasted two weeks of my time.

Stay away!

NOTE: just to be fair with them and not totally biased, their support is very polite and responds within a day. So that is one start for that. Although I wish they were more proactive and contact me first rather than me trying to reach out.

They send mi order. On my opinion they just hage irresponsible stuff.

I've bought several phone cases from Casebus so far. Their products are very good, but my purchases are a learning process, because even I've read and studied all of their products for my iPhone 14 Plus, my first choice of the very expensive HUTTON case turned out to be too heavy and too bulky, I couldn't hold it in my hands too long, I couldn't insert it into my pocket. It's only good for outdoor working people or military guys, because this case is made like a tank, completely locked, waterproof, dust proof but just too heavy and bulky. So after couple of weeks, I wrote to their Support Dept. about my using difficulties. Guess what? They immediately responded and let me to choose another case either at the same price of HUTTON or lower for FREE! So I chose another similar priced one, a blue MECHA. But when I received it, it again turned out to be a wrong choice, even the quality is so impeccable in alloy aluminum, so lightweight and so slim, but I have to buy a screen as well as a camera protector glass, no matter how beautifully made, ideal for outdoor activities young people. Sadly, it's my fault again. So I decided to buy another case from them again. After another deep search and reconsidering, I bought an even lighter weight, more slim one, a clear CLASSIC MAGSAFE. This time, well, it turned out its protective bezel around the camera is not high enough; still a beautifully made case, but still need screen and camera protection accessories; essentially not solved my concerns with the camera. Guess what? They immediately sent me another one free to my choice after I told their Support Dept. without hesitation! Then again, the blue AMADO, albeit it's perfectly made; just wasn't what I was looking for. My fault, not theirs, again. So far, it has cost me a lot of money because of my bad choices and stupidity. But ALAS! My 3rd purchase of their clear AVERY case, came with screen protector, well designed camera protection, finally turned out to be THE PERFECT ONE! All the 4 thought-to-be-better-this-time-but-not-so choices made by me are completely my own fault, NOT Casebus.
I just can't believe there still has a seller in China so honest and so solid stands behind their products, their Support Department really supports its customers, and unlike all of the other Chinese online sellers, such as Temu.com, Casebus does not charge the ridiculous American Sales Tax, because a Chinese seller does not pay Sales Tax to U.S. Treasury; other dishonest Chinese sellers just use American Tax law to rip off American customers; collecting the so-called American Sales Tax for their own profit.
I don't know why other people gave Casebus.com online business so unfair and so unjustified low rating. To me, the wrongdoings are completely mine, and Casebus is a 100% 5-STAR cellphone cases seller, their products and their services are all great. Absolutely recommended!

After sending the case back and following their instructions, they refused to pick up the item from customs and are now, stating they never received it, so they are unable to process my refund. I have sent them numerous emails along with the tracking number. Shipped from China even though their site states USA company. Horrible! It's been months!

Send damaged incorrect items - yet seller refuse to pay retirn postage of these damaged missing items. Terrible customer service. Avoid buying casebus.

Scam company with garbage products! Ordered an iPad case, tried returning n they gave me a return address written in Chinese.

Go to Amazon and get the same product for 20 bucks! Their products are fake and they charge 2 1/2 to 3 times more than it cost to get on Amazon.

They do not answer their phone and their email is automated response. You can't return something because even though they ship it from Illinois, they make you send it back to China which cost as much as the product itself.

It is not real leather.

Purchased a $40 case that was advertised as waterproof. Clearly NOT the case as the speaker port remains uncovered. Also, weir warping smears your screen.Return policy was to ship it back to China for $30. Asked them to split the cost - they refused. Terrible service, absolute scam. Would not recommend.

Ordered a battery case for my new IPhone received on Christmas 2022. Placed the order on December 28th and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Customer support is the worst. Once received the Belva Battery Case did not work, it will not charge nor hold a charge. This company has changed the way I buy online, I will spend hours to discover if the product is made in China before I purchase. I will not buy from a China company ever again! Avoid this company at all costs. $150.00 US dollars down the drain!

Scam! Don't go for it. I'm here because they don't have the option to leave a review on their website(go figure). Don't believe me? Go check for yourself. Case has potential, but SEVERAL components are missing. Not only will my case not stay attached because magnet pieces are missing, there is no volume button. I can see where it was supposed to be glued together. $35 whole dollars but they can keep it. I'm Just trying to help people. I removed my current screen protector for this case and now I'm all out of luck. These phones cost over a grand, get you a real case from a reputable company please!

I ordered their product which was a piece of junk for $45 tried to return and they said have to mail back to china and i eat the cost of shipping. I paid $28 to ship back and they gave me an bad address so the product is sitting in china customs for 4 months. Now they said it's too late to return. They make you think they are a U.S. company with american flag and fake US address amd phone they never answer. I am now out $70 amd have no product. Scam site. BEWARE!

I purchased a case and wallet which was supposed to be magnetic and attach to my phone. It did not work, slid off my phone. When I told them I was going to return it and they stated I would have to send it to China. Cost of shipping was $92. Item shipped from Illinois. I found out from my credit card company this is the way they get around refunding your money. Beware and find the item through a US company … Casebus is in China but has a warehouse in Illinois

So, I bought a case for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that Casebus claimed was "waterproof" for about $60. First, it's got a big slit in the front. Add water and it fills. Second, it weighs a LOT, and seems hand crafted from metal in a machine shop -- held with screws (that come loose). That's Not a good thing in this case. I tried to return it and they said I had to pay for Shipping to China. Didn't tell me that at checkout for a $60 funky and heavy piece of metal that left metal splinters in my thumb when it passed over the screw. They offered me a free replacement, but it has one of those weird thumb covers that obscure the screen. They seem to "want" to create a good product, but I'd go a brand more standard.
