I ordered a case on June 23rd, expected arrival date was between July 2nd and July 9th. The 9th came and no case. I checked my account and it then gave an expected arrival date of July 20th. July 19th I checked my account again and it was pushed back again to July 24th. I did a live chat and was told that the printers were down and they didn't know when they would be back up again. This case was a birthday present. If you have to keep pushing the date back at least contact your customers and let them know instead of just pushing the date back further and further. I asked for a refund and they advised they would do it. Went to a different website and ordered a case, it shipped out the next day. I should be receiving it within 4 days of ordering it.

I went out on web, found a picture of my favorite sports team - The Cardinals - and followed the simple instructions to add it to the case. I was pleasantly surprised to find an exact duplicate of my picture embossed on a very sturdy, slim lined metal case. Many a fan have been jealous when they see it. Very reasonably priced also.

I have nothing bad to say about Case-Customs. The color and design of the case was exactly as I imagined, and the customer service representative that I spoke with was incredibly nice throughout the entire shipping and receiving process.

I tend to get very antsy about receiving my product on time so I sent numerous check up emails to the CSR weeks before it arrived. And although it must have been tiresome, each reply from the CSR was nothing but courteous, friendly and helpful. (And fast!)

Overall, great experience. Possibly one of the best experience I've had while online shopping. I will definitely be repurchasing from the store in the future.

I have been 8 years around this business, Ah, this time it's totally different, yes guys.
I was strongly stunned when I look at my new custom case for my LG V20.
The colors, touch and final finish is way so Lexurious. I wouldn't expect any other manufacturer to do the same quality for the proposed cost.
I promise to do business again with case-custom team, they are 24h/7 in service and embrace customer oreinted behavior.

If I could give it a negative star I would! The one guy said it right, you have no idea until you check out that they are a China based company. I ordered a case for my daughter on the 6th of Dec. I never received it, I contacted the company and they assured me that if I re-ordered they would put a rush on my case. LIE! I got an email telling me my order will be 7-12 days AFTER they make it. So where was the rush?! There was no faster way for delivery, no over nighting,... Well I guess dumby me! Why would they send it to me any faster then anyone else. That was Dec 20th and when I go to the tracking number there is NO movement that my package has even left China. It's been more than 12 days and my package hasn't even made it to the middle of Ohio or SOMEWHERE anywhere besides China! Stay away from this company, not worth the hassle!

I ordered a custom photo case for my new IPhone 7. For me problem #1 is that there is no indication on the site that you are ordering from a company in China. I did not realize until I checked out with PayPal and the payee name was all Chinese letters. Wait time to receive was longer than anticipated. Problem #2: When I got the case noticed that there was a bubble right next to the camera on the seam. Found 2 other bubbles near the bottom. It is a very thin vinyl type sticker that is put on the outside of the case. Knowing that just putting it in my purse could potentially rip it, I thought I could somehow seal it. I used clear nail polish the coat the entire sticker and it completely curled up and came off. Almost $40 in the garbage can.

I recently ordered a custom cell phone case for a Droid Razr HTC, and was very pleased with the results. Case-custom allowed me to print a family picture on the back, all via a very quick and easy web interface (simply upload the photo similar to how you would for Facebook, place it on an outline of the case, and order. Service was positive, with an immediate reply to a question. Only hurdle to a 5-star rating is the delivery time, which is simply a byproduct of the shipping time from overseas.

Then upload your photos you want to use to make your case or choose from their library of pictures. Once that is done you can size the pictures and add text. Once finalized you make your order and pay. They give you free shipping but I got the faster one since I didn't want to wait since it comes from China. Once I got it I was amazed by the quality.
