Not Who They Claim to Be!

You think you may be doing good by helping people out of abusive situations, but this is not the case here. Management definitely should undergo their own therapy, and this can be seen in the aggression they show toward new staff. Whoever is granting this organization should audit this group of people, because they are definitely not supporting the individuals who they claim. I have seen the employees voice their political and personal opinions, and will only help people that align with their personal/political opinions. Organizations like this make it hard to get the stakeholders on board in the first place.
