This is by far the best workout ever. It is awesome intense and fun. Dustin and Audrey are always helping the team to keep motivated and push the limits every step of the way. The best place in the city to start off your kick-boxing fitness class! The facility is clean and the schedule is very flexible to suit everyone's needs. Cheers!

Cascadia's kickboxing classeese will push you to your max to get you the best workout but you won't resent coming here in fact it will become one of the best parts of your week. Awesome classes with intense workouts, great instructors and a clean facility! Amazing taekwondo and kickboxing! What more could you ask for!

Can't say enough that good things about Cascadia! The instructors are passionate and supportive, the workouts are killer but the classes are also loads of fun. It's a great spot for begginers to give kickboxing a try. Highly recommend checking it out.

I go to the cardio kickboxing classes 3 nights a week and they are absolutely fantastic. Every class is a little different and challenges me. Learning lots of great skills, but also completing a tough work out
