Before I start I want to acknowledge and thank Walko's Automotive Service in Manville, NJ for recommending Amwell Auto Body in Hillsborough, NJ. Walko's is where we have our car serviced on a regular bases and they always do a thorough and exceptional job and they recommended Amwell Auto body because of the same kind of work as they do at Walko's which is thorough and exceptional. Recently I had an accident when I was driving my brother's 2010 Toyota Avalon car and I had almost reached home and was only a couple of houses from home when the accident happened. My car was struck by another car. The accident was not my fault so I did not have to pay anything regarding this accident. The entire right side of the car had damage including scratches, fender benders, etc.
I took my car to Amwell Auto Body in Hillsborough and after the car repair was completed, I received a call from their office from Tara who also did an awesome job throughout my interaction there. Tara told me that the automobile repair on my brother's car was completed and that I could pick it up. It was completed within the scheduled time, even 2 days earlier which was also a plus. I was busy the day Tara called so I told her that I would pick up the car the following day. I was already contemplating the bad things that I thought I was going to see when I pick up the car that could have gone wrong during the repair process such as parts out of joint or parts not matching, bad paint job, etc. Also, I was thinking of all the headaches I was going to have going back and forth to the facility until the problem(s) is resolved. The following day, I walked from my house to Amwell Auto Body to pick up the car and as I walked, I was saying many prayers along with my family at home regarding the outcome of the car. Finally I arrived at the facility and approached the parking lot and looked to see if my brother's car may be there. His car is black and I spotted a black Toyota Avalon which is his model but when I first saw it I thought, no this can't be his car, it looks too good so I checked the license plate to verify it and lo and behold this was his car. I totally flipped out. I was totally overwhelmed at how beautiful this car looked. This car looked like it looked when we purchased it brand new and drove it home from the car dealer's facility. It looked too perfect. It was so shiny and clean inside and out. Nothing was out of joint and everything matched. I was on cloud nine. To me this was incredible because I've heard many horror stories on auto body repair shops. I then went into the office and spoke to Tara again who gave me my keys and I was raving to her about the car. I asked if she could give me the names of who worked on my brother's car so I can thank them and the following are the names and in my opinion, they should get a trophy:
1) Paul
2) Jay
Please let Paul and Jay know that they are the best! They made sure every detail, even the minutest detail on my brother's Toyota was covered. They did not in any way cut corners. We love that! I will never get over this experience. It's hard to get such great work done like this these days.
Also, please let Tara know that she did an exceptional job answering my questions and keeping me updated on the entire process.

R. M. Collision did an outstanding job repairing my car. The work that was done was very professional, and it was done on a very timely manner. I hope I nerve have to use them again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again. I also will reamend them to anyone whom may need there service.
Carwise repaired our vehical and we were pleased with the body work and the staff there are very courteous. However we had a tire that needed replacing but they said it was superficiial..
WORKED ON MY GENESIS G90. FOUND MORE PROBLEMS AFTER GETTING FRONT OFF. ROGER CONTACTED INSURANCE COMPANY FOR APPROVAL AND TOOK CARE OF IT. AFTER REPAIR, TOOK CAR BACK FOR AN ADJUSTMENT AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT WITHOUT PROBLEMS. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
This is the second time I used Gerber. I was hit on the driver side when someone backed into me. I contacted my insurance co and said that I wanted to take my car to Gerber. Gerber was very professional and I was very pleased with them both times.
They fixed my 2012 Jeep Cherokee. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and gave me great information. Kept me informed how the work was progressing. I was VERY please with the work done. I will be sure to pass this information on to my friends.
My experience with C. D. E Collision was very satisfying. They kept me in the loop concerning the expected time of the completion of repairs and even delivered sooner than expected. Extremely pleased with the workmanship and the turn around. My car is a 2020 so I was very happy to get it back looking like the day I bought it. When taking my car to the shop they told me the process on getting a rental and who to contact. That went extremely smooth also. Another impressive thing by the body shop was that they examined my entire car to see if any other damage occurred. They explained that in a deer collision a deer can be tossed around to the side and make impact to the side of the vehicle. They did a thorough inspection to see if that occurred.

NOT AGAINST CARWISE: Do not purchase any Honda Ridgeline vehicle unless you don't mind an obnoxious, intermittent motor noise coming from the dash board that Honda knows about but either refuses/can't fix. The factory claims it is a "characteristic of the vehicle" that the dealerships are aware of and yet AutoNation Honda in Tucson sold it without disclosing that this annoying noise occurs. Since purchasing, I have had other people tell me they have had the same noise as far back as 2009. (maybe why it was off the market for a while). Don't be fooled by the nice drive and gas mileage--the noise will drive you crazy as it becomes more frequent and louder. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Carwise refuses to respond to my multiple emails. They list reviews for a shop I felt did not do a good job repairing my vehicle and Carwise ignores my requests for assistance.
Avoid Carwise and CCS Charlotte...

06-25-2020 My 2016 Mercedes-Benz E400 W212 front bumper had an apparent improper repair lower front right end when it was leased from Mercedes dealership. Scott Baker from McCollum Auto Body Vancouver took time out to go and see my vehicle bumper. He immediately noticed the improper repair and wrote up an estimate. I took my bumper to McCollum Auto Body and they did a stunning repair and repainted the bumper perfectly. Bill the painter did a truly amazing job matching the bumper to the rest of the vehicle. It looked like black glass very glossy and you can see all that metallic through the obsidian black paint. Scott was very attentive and made sure I was happy with the results. I finally found a body shop that knows what they're doing.
