I ordered cheese online from Carrefour in a package with a 10-month expiration date. But when we opened it, we saw that it was covered in mold. All the items I received are all wrong! The receipt attached to the bag is under my name and the items listed are the correct items I ordered but inside the bag, all the items are NOT the same as what I have ordered. I did complain few months ago about their service but I did not receive any update. I thought they will improve. Instead, their service became REALLY POOR! I HOPE THIS TIME MY COMPLAINT WILL BE HEARD AND ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN, otherwise it only means one thing. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY and NOT about their CUSTOMERS. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF TRAINING YOU ARE DOING WITH YOUR STAFFS! THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I have purchased a brand new 85inch tv, they are using Doctor TV as seller,
Unfortunately I had to leave from home as soon as they delivered the tv and I did not open the box.
Later at night I have opened the box to find that the Tv was not new, also had a LED strip attached to the back showing it was a showroom tv, remote control missing, and on top of that the screen is damaged.
Later to realise that is also the wrong model number.
Yes is my fault I didn't checked properly upon Dellivery, but the Dellivery agent knew I was in a rush and I am pretty sure they took advantage of this to scam me.
1 week has passed and I have no reaolve from them as they are keep saiyng "they have delivered a brand new tv in the box "
How in the world I can see that tv is not damaged unless I open the box and plug it in.
Be careful before ordering as they as scamming customers.

This is with regards to my two orders, in both orders the items are missing. There is a commitment I had made to my client to get it delivered by 4 Pm today, my First order was for 10 boxes of dates, I received 5 boxes, and second order was for 05 boxes of dates, I have received 2 boxes.
I had a chat with Saba, customer care. Was not a pleased experience. Instead of ensuring to get it delivered today, the response i got it will try and cannot promise and then the chat was ended. Is that the only process? We don't need then such people who works just like machines, sorry for being harsh but this is what i was made feel.

Very bad experience I faced from carrefour burjuman customer service.last night I brought the soundcore bluetooth speaker it's mentioned deep bass but it's bass not good so today I went to exchange.customer care representative trying to argue with me then I left things there and came back.
Crazy service don't oder items from the Carrefour online store, they deleted wrong item and after returning the item there keep it one week above and wast over time and mouny. Never never never

It feels as though their primary objective is to expedite customer interactions rather than genuinely assist or engage with patrons.
In contrast, Badr at Carrefour Manar Mall exemplifies outstanding customer service. His approach is attentive, personable, and goes beyond mere transactional exchanges. Badr demonstrates exceptional listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
Given Badr's exemplary performance, I believe there's a valuable opportunity for him to impart his expertise to the "Happy Afternoon" staff. By providing training in customer service, active listening, and phone etiquette, Badr could greatly enhance the overall service experience for customers at "Happy Afternoon."
In conclusion, while I continue to choose Carrefour for my shopping needs primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Badr, I sincerely hope that the "Happy Afternoon" staff can benefit from similar training and guidance to elevate their customer service standards.

I would like to share with you my personal experience with the Carrefour online shopping, I have recently ordered a product and I was told that my product will be delivered with 4 days, on 2nd day I got a call from the driver that he is on his way to deliver the product so I requested him to wait for 15 minutes I am on my way back to home he said he cannot wait and advised that he will come on day after tomorrow before 12:00 PM, so I have taken an off from my work for receiving the delivery and I waited for the entire day no one called me, So I called the customer service and they told me that you will revive the product with 4 days so wait for it you will get a call. On next day which is 4 day of the ordered I got a call from the driver that he is 20 min away from my home so I told him that I am in office so give me some time to reach home again the driver said we cannot wait we will come tomorrow, so again I called the customer care I got the same response that still 4 days is not completed you will get a call. On 5th day I got a call from the driver who told me to take off and wait till 12:00 PM and is telling me that my duty was changes so I couldn't come on that day, so now I am on my way to deliver your product.
I have few straight questions with carefour team, Do you have a standard procedure of tracking the products delivery or you are dependent on the drivers personal commitments and continent? We are paying you for quality service and product, the same thing I can buy from 100 different portals and in future I will not buys any single item from your portal that is for sure.
Pathetic customer care service, always read out the terms and conditions, worst response from the manager of the customer care, doesn't have intend to solve the problem, I have order through online just to save my time and now I am running behind these smart people.

3 times I place the application and they deduct the amount from the visa and inform me of the refusal to pay and make a refund after 7 days. I placed the order for cash on delivery, and they only sent half of the products. I spoke with customer service and they told me they did not have the authority to fix the problem, so I refused to receive the entire order. They are supposed to have a supervisor or a responsible manager and this does not exist at all

Bought a fridge and was expecting a delivery yhat did not turn up. I visited the store for a soluyion but was encouragee to file a complaint with conaumer rights. Now I have ro throw away all the organic food stuffs for my son with alot of perishable items that costs money. I am very frustrated coz those food items are not localy available.

I order med online and its showing it was not successful as for payment but it is also mentioned that if it was deducted in the account you will refund for 5-7 days. So why you will deduct it from the account if it will not be successful and it was deducted twice! And you want me to wait for 5-7 days for the refund. What kind of services you are providing
I had refund request and they advised me to after 7 days even I waited for 15 days,I when to follow up 3 times very disaster customer service I believe no manager available handle to those issues until now my money didn't refund 25 days gone
I was so disappointed with the attitude of one of your arab cashiers wearing abaya in masdar city last 20may between 2:55pm she is located near the self service booth. First she doesnt have name tag. Second, while i was taking out my share app she was so demanding for me to hurry up because there was another arab customer behind me. Unfortunately the network at the time was so slow i cant help but to wait. However instead of being understanding, this lady cashier says that i need to get out since she has a customer. I politely told her that I AM TOO a customer but instead she rolled her eyes and talk back in arabic with the other cashiers while pointing at me and smirking.
This is unpresidentially annoying and rude. Just because i am an asian it doesnt mean she can do this to a PAYING CUSTOMER. And It didnt stop there i am also trying to redeem my bank voucher of 100 dhs and she further smirk, i felt i was violated and humiliated as if indirectly telling im cheap. The Indian national supervisor was there and even she could not do anything about it but flinch on the notion of your cashiers attitude.
I understand that time is of the essence but this time there were so few customers that most of the staff had no one on their lane.
