Customer service team are not helpful at all.
They all say scripted answers such as there is an update on the system and we cannot track your shipmen nor give you updates nor even cancel your order. I haven't imagined such experience from carrefour.

I had a very bad experience with Carrefour, Mall of the Emirates branch.
On December 3rd, 2022, which is less than 2 months from now, I purchased a Huawei Nova 10 mobile phone from Carrefour branch in the Mall of the Emirates as a gift for my husband on his birthday who's living in the UK, London. Huawei representative there showed me the Huawei mobile phones models available in the store. Specifically, he offered me to buy Huawei Nova 10 mobile phone and listed to me his features. I intentionally asked him if this phone has google services and he answered by saying yes!. I purchased the phone for 1,899 AED. I travelled to meet my husband and to surprise him with the phone. Shockingly, when he opened the phone, we discovered that the phone doesn't have google play and none google app was installed. However, App gallery was installed instead of google play. All google services that can be installed are fake not original (Chinese). Unfortunately, Huawei representative used my unawareness about the problems between google and Huawei and that some Huawei phones don't have google play installed and all original google services. Huawei representative didn't state clearly and frankly that I can't install google play on the phone and all google applications that can be installed are all Chinese made, not original.
I have already submitted a request to complain Huawei representative and asked for returning the phone back and getting a refund. I got a call from the manager asking me to go to any Carrefour branch and the representative there will show me how to install google services on the phone. The manager directed me to Carrefour Dalma mall branch in Abu Dhabi as I'm based on Abu Dhabi. I went there and Huawei representative there was so clear and frank as he informed that all these applications are Chinese not original and sadly I can't install google play on the phone. I submitted another request to complain. After few hours I got a message that the request has been resolved and closed although I didn't get a call or any contact from Carrefour side!
Its been almost a month now you didn't give my refund! This is so ridiculous! Such a big company but takes time to refund 150 AED only!
Carrefour is just the most perfect place to get your groceries they always have an amazing offers and the stuff are well trained as well they are soo friendly. I totally recommend getting your groceries from their specially MOE branch since its soo big.
I don't know about other service centers, but theirs is one of the worst in my experience. I purchased multiple big appliances and was told that I can return them in 7 days if I am unhappy with them. I haven't touched the items since I received them, but still, they refuse to refund one of them because their guys came in and opened it for me. Why not tell us that in advance, so we can choose whether we want to open it or not. Delivery was super late too, so whatever plans you have, you better throw them out of the window. Their prices are nothing magical, every other store that sells their stuff have practically the same prices.
Today we went carre four in madin mall. We order a feta chease. But that not take our order. He speak another guy at that time.
It is such a disappointing to know that carrefour is returning the refund after 14 working days. Such a big and known store in comparison to careem or any other online stores, they return same day or next day. I am really frustrated and I will stop dealing online so far with them until they develop the system of refund.

2: They sent a different model and a cheaper item. I requested to return
3: it has been 5 days since the scheduled pickup and no one has contacted me.
4: I have to wait until they pick up the items and return them to the store, then they will begin the refund, which will take 21 days from Carrefour team.
5: There is no manager there, as I have requested the manager call six times without any response.
6: There have been more than 13 attempts to contact the customer sadness team, but they cannot help you at all.

NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS FROM CARREFOURE UAE ONLINE
Never purchase electronics from carrefoure marketplace online. Cheap 3rd party sellers are selling utterly low quality products and when there is an issue, carrefoure UAE will make you deal directly with the seller. The seller as usual will never accept his mistake and not accept the return once you open the product.
I purchase a super general AC and it does not cool which is the purpose for purchasing the AC. The seller refuses to believe that its not cooling and has a bunch of excuses. He sent a person home from his company who is from the company and is clearly instructed to make a report that will favor the seller.
Im stuck with a useless AC that blows hot air and carrefoure says that the seller is saying the AC is fine.
What a waste of my time and energy! Will never buy from them again... Amazon & Noon are much more better at customer services and the sellers there dread reviews so they stay in line... Also Amazon accepts responsibility for the purchase and accepts returns when the issue is genuine.

Order 2 items that I have paid online by credit card and they didn't delivery saying that was out-of-stock. Then I order again with pay by cash on delivery and after 1 hour the keto bars arrived and they requested to pay by cash what I refused because I already paid and they told me that was out-of-stock what was not true. The delivery man didn't want leave my door knocking my door constantly then security was involved and in the end I was so fed up with all the situation that I decided to pay again by cash just not having noise at my door. So paying twice for the 2 items by card and by cash. I am disgusted by the service of carrefour.
Carrefour have the worst service I have ever experienced wasting time and telling lies everyday. No proper SOPs and too much delay even after end of deadlines provided by them. When u order they will deliver on time and in case of any mistake from their side they will not collect the same item in time ( Feels like they are doing intentionally).
Ordered a tv on 5th November 2021 expected date of delivery was 9th November but today is 15 November 2021 the tv had not been delivered. Rised complaint to customer on the 9th they confirmed by 5days it will delivered. Requested for cancellation of order they told it will take minimum 6 days time to process request. My order number is **************. I had not seen such horrible service.
We have had so many severe issues and complaints with Carrefour. We even spoke to the senior management in both locations, RAK and Ajman, but nothing ever happened despite all the pathetic promises.
Finally, we decided to share these incidents with everyone and ask them to consider other options simply based on hundreds of complaints, and documented incidents with names and dates raised with this chain. Before we knew it, we discovered the colossal problem Carrefour is bringing on itself through its unprecedented customer service and the way its members of senior management handled these issues.
Now, literally, hundreds of families have moved to other retailers. Yesterday, we took the liberty of escorting more than 20 families (New companies moving into UAE) to purchase their entire household goods, appliances, and much more; invoices passed 250,000aed in one day, but more importantly, establish a first impression and pay back the favor to Carrefour.
Now we are a group of more than 1000 companies; that's clearly more than 1000 families that do NOT shop at Carrefour and educate the consumers about real-life bad experiences and worse management. That is where it matters, Carrefour.
