My card apparently never arrived. I lost my card and they never paid me. Would never use again, no protection for sellers.

They make you wait 2 business days once you buy a gift card just to tell you that you need to call in to confirm your order. Ya right i don't have time for that, if i placed an order then its confirmed what the heck do i have to call you for. I asked for a refund and they say they don't do refunds, at least give me my card i said and no answer, it got so quiet you can hear the crickets. All other negative reviews about this place are right, its a scam and waste of time. Take my and their word for it and stay away from CardSwap!

Go card swap ask for a quote, accept the offer, ask what do I need to mail them beside the gift card, they said nothing just the gift card and the confirmation number, mail them the cards, now they ask u to send them the receipts, send them the receipts, ask them is that all u need, they said yes, a week later, they ask u to send them the previous receipt, receipt of purchase, (my card is from a refund), ok, send the purchase receipt to them, ask is there anything else u need, they said no, a week later, ask u send send a photo copy of your ID, photocopy of your credit card which u use to purchase …, not falling for that again, feels like they will ask for something else even if I give it to them, plus I don feel safe giving out that much personal information.
