The ecard that was sent to me was supposed to be for $15 but when I checked online it only had 49 cents on it. Fortunately CardCash refunded my $ the same day after I wrote and called them but it really left me with a terrible feeling and I won't buy from them again.

I purchased 2 $20 peet's coffee gift cards for $28.80. The order was cancelled immediately after the order was confirmed. The only reason is "Your order has been flagged by our fraud systems as high risk.". As a long term customer, I really don't know what I was wrong.

Only 5 to 8 % discount, I loss 236.00 dollars at Lowe's gift card purchase. They never told me it has 3 months expiration date. I want to find a lawyer to... I hate cardcash.com

I purchased a gift card, which when I tried to use, was at a $0.00 balance. If you are beyond a 45-day time period, there is nothing CardCash will do to rectify the situation. As they put it, it is a Risk vs Reward decision.
Use at your own risk. Certainly don't count on any customer service if something goes wrong.

Saving money on gift cards, I could compare the deals on several other sites and found this was the one of the best offers. I am happy with this.

Lately every gift card I purchase has an issue. From $0 to reduced balances I have decided to look elsewhere for a good deal.

My transaction was declined as being high risk - with no way for me to provide any additional information. How am I supposed to buy gift card if you are not going to help me in buying them. Extremely foolish risk model which is killing it's own business

Service is quick and I receive my cards in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with any of the cards that I received and I like the fact that Cardcash will honor the cards for 45 days.

I received a bloomingdales gift card and it was not even a valid gift card. I wish CardCash can verify it before sending the gift card the me.

I like card cash because I can get gift cards that I'm going to use with sometimes 20%off. This way I can save money in the long run.

Poor customer service, couldn't give a valid answer why order was cancelled. Simply says try again even after telling it was cancelled twice

Going to find a discount card is one way I budget my money. Quick and easy purchase. My got to for saving time and money.

I am disappointed that the card has expiration dates and I was not told nor notified when purchasing these cards. You should make the expiration dates apparent BEFORE the purchaser completes their purchase

I love card cash! They have great customer service and it is so easy and convenient! I also love I can use PayPal and most of the cards you receive within minutes!

So easy to use and saves money. Wish all cards had the option to be eCards. There is still an amazing selection that are so last minute dinner decisions are doable.
