I am not happy with the Returns customer service. You only allow people to correspond through email which I think is unprofessional. When is asked a question through email, I got back the minimum amount of information. I sent back my order. I DID NOT use the car cover. Once I realized it was not what I was looking for, I boxed it back up and sent it back. I will be waiting for my FULL refund. I have pictures of what the un used cover looked like just before I closed the box. I was planning on ordering another cover from you, but not anymore. Please credit my account for the full refund. Thank you.

There were no side mirror pockets as expected, instructions clearly designating "front" and "back" were miniscule. Likewise clear securing instructions were non existent. I gave it away.
