Gold Shield 5L - Car Cover for Cadillac Escalade 2004 SUV 4-Door for $139.99 I purchased the top of the line cover. It states there is a small chance of having an issue, but when you do it is covered under full warranty. Just know your cover will wear out and it need to be replaced, even their top of the line cover. When it does, the warranty does not cover the $30.00 shipping charge. No where is it stated when you have a problem, you will have to pay to have it shipped. When you buy it new, it is shipped for free. The supervisor was extremely rude to me on the phone as well. Customer service is not practiced with in the company. And all questions get routed to the same person for all departments. It makes the company seem bigger by having different departments.

It was what I ordered perfect
I received the car cover as stated by the site. I have purchased a similar cover in the past but this cover seems to be better in quality! It not only fit better for the car but I was impressed with the plastic coated cable! The other cover I had, had a cable but it was not coated and left marks on the car.
I will be interested to see how the cover hold up for the Florida summer! Hoping it last longer than the other cover I had!
