Since the cover I received did not fit my truck, I attempted to return it under their 100% satisfaction claim. In order to do so, I was informed that I had to ship the cover to an address in CANADA! With shipping costs of about $85.00 - which is more than the cover originally cost! (The original package came from L.A. Via UPS.) Or, with my acceptance of a 40% discount on the original cost, I could keep the non-fitting cover. So that's a no-brainer, but I still don't have an acceptable cover. So much for their 100% satisfaction claim.
Easy to access information and very easy ordering
I had to call and email after a week to get status of order. Saw it was waiting for pickup a day after I submitted order. When I call a week later, was told delayed due to back order. Mentioned that didn't make sense since the label was issued and waiting for pickup according to UPS tracker. Be careful the reason for delay given to your customer is correct. Once I called and email, the response to get me the cover was swift and got in 2 days.
