carcover.com delivered me the item I ordered in good shape and on time. I believe I may not have correctly read the product description for the car cover or maybe, because when I was ordering the cover, I did not know that the roof of our "new-to-us" car was leaking, it was not important, but in any event, by the time the cover arrived, we knew we had a leak, Florida was being drenched, and the cover, while better than nothing, seemed to let in quite a bit of water. :(

The shipment was late, arriving in a week and half instead of the 3-5 days promised. When I called to ask where it was, the agent was short with me and told me to wait for another couple of days and call back then to see if they should look into the issue. Being a week late already with no communication, this was not a positive experience. The item itself is fine, but feels lower quality than what I expected from the premium item description and photos available online. It came with no item care instructions or description of the item on the invoice to confirm that it is in fact what I ordered. I'm glad I have a car cover, but this was not the best experience or product.

I purchased the car cover as a surprise gift for my husband. He is very pleased and happy that it fits his car so well. We live in Arizona so he was very concerned about the UV rays since we do not have a garage for the car. That will be the telling point of the cover. Ordering was quick and easy. I ordered it on a Friday and had it by Monday.
We have not yet used the cover as our car is at the mechanics so I can't honestly answer questions about using it.
So far so good. I'll have a better review once the car cover arrives.
