I bought the cover as a gift. I found the site very easy to use. The car cover is a perfect fit and the recipient is very happy.
The website was easy to use and navigate and the order was efficiently and easily placed. My issue was that this is not a custom car cover as was described on the website. The description indicated that it was definitely a custom covers for a specific model of car based on year and body style. In fact, the product is a generic cover and not at all customized. I'm a bit disappointed as this was the 'big gift' for my father. He will be returning it and the hassle of that is why I gave my input as one star.
Finding the truck cover I wanted and placing the order was easy as pie and the black Friday price was a great value. I received my order in a timely manner and it was a quality truck cover that fit great on my truck. I am a very happy customer and whenever I need another car or truck cover I will contact Carcover.com again.

The cover already has demonstrated its advertised ability to be waterproof (the first rain stayed on a low spot in front of the windshield).
The only issue thus far is that the sides of the long sides of the cover only come down to the rocker panels, so the cover should probably be a bit wider (perhaps it will stretch in time).
Easy, fast and the delivery was in a timely manner
Fits better than I was expecting. This is my first car cover and I have a feeling I'm not gonna be disappointed, mainly got it to protect against birds, dirt and dust.

Cover Looks Good
I was assured when I ordered this cover that the shipping box would not indicate what was inside. The UPS truck dropped it off. The box had a nice big sticker on it "CARCOVERS.COM". So my Husband knows what he is getting for Christmas! I am a little peeved about this. I called and talked to someone in customer service who took my complaint but didn't seem very concerned about it, which made me more angry. Not happy about this situation. Ann Lozar, Orofino, Idaho.
