Carcovers.com or carcovers.ca total scam artists, shysters! Product does not perform as promised, not even close. Warranty and customer service is even worse than the product. Highly recommend to stay away from this company!
Complaints: poor product quality, durability / poor, bullying customer service / unscrupulous application of their somewhat arbitrary warranty policy. Save your money and frustration and do not deal with this company.

I ordered a top car cover from carcovers.com thi king that it would protect my corvette from the elements. I've had it for less then 3 months and every time it rains, I noted that it seemed to allow water through the cover. I sent a request to the customer care center and they were not any help at all - asking me to send pictures of the cover and wetness, which I did; only to have them say it is normal to gave 1% of rain get through as the "holes" in the cover allow it to breath. Well, this "cover" allows a heck of a lot more then 1% of water through as my car is as wet as it I had no cover on it in the first place. The cover only traps the moisture and then allows the moisture to bake into your vehicle. Stay away from this company and look for an alternative companies. I wouldn't have been so disgusted if the customer help would have made a suggestion, but they just kept telling me this is normal... a car cover is to cover and protect the car from the elements, not just sit there to have the appearance like it's protecting the car. Not impressed.
